Home Bargains in Branksome make so much noise with their deliveries at night time. My home is 50 metres away and every single night up to 9pm sometimes later they make very loud metal banging metal cages rattling its horrific. Wakes my baby up all the time and I spoke to the manager she said we are allowed until 9pm. 9pm may be there planning permission but under the environmental health act 1990 for noise especially in residential areas they are breaking this as its ruining my life cant enjoy my home every evening. My landlord went over to ask them to keep it down tonight and the driver was very rude to her. They have no respect for the people living around here.

I’ve had the worst day then being told I need to go shopping on The way home made it even worse untill I met Anna on till 4 at the Colchester store on the hythe she was very nice and happy and took an interest in me and the people in front of me it has really made me smile that a stranger with great customer skills has change the way I was feeeling she should be treasured

I visited the Home Bargains Keighley store yesterday to do my holiday shopping. I was struggling to find a few items, but Armaan was fantastic. He took the time to help me locate everything I needed and went above and beyond by suggesting suitable alternative options.
I was also extremely impressed by the exceptional customer service provided by Mina, the Store Manager. She has clearly turned the store around and has built a great rapport with her team. On previous visits, some team members appeared disengaged, unhelpful, and unwilling to assist. However, during my visit yesterday, every team member I interacted with was friendly, approachable, and eager to help.
The positive atmosphere throughout the store was a real credit to Mina and her excellent leadership and management skills. Thank you to the whole team for making my shopping experience such a pleasant one.

Good prices for items but you must buy it when you see them as they never seem to restock

Went and bought several items on Friday and at the check out I inadvertently left a large box of Weetabix behind !
A few hours later my wife realised what I had done and I phoned the store !
Josh answered and said he would look for the cereal box and put them ready for me to collect on Saturday!!
Went into the store on the day and was met by a very friendly young lady with long blonde hair!! Very sorry I didn’t get your name.
She immediately knew what I was talking about and went to get my cereal box for me !! It had been placed ready for collection!!
Perhaps a trivial incident but in these days of rising costs and other life stresses it was a pleasure to be served by such lovely, pleasant and friendly staff Thank you both very much !!

My order arrived in two boxes. One box leaking badly and returned to HB. Nearly 3 weeks later and I have heard nothing from them. Tried using their contact us form but it won't send as they say my email is incorrect, it isn't. I am unable to get to the shop in person and there is no phone number.

Been to the St. Alban's store quite a few times now. One lady in particular has amazing customer service on the till. She's always fast, extremely polite and converses clearly and makes my shopping experience stress free. Her name is Buffy and her smile is infectious. I try to go to her as the other till staff have no sense of humour or idea of customer service at all, in fact it's a breath of fresh air!

I got my order quickly and everything was as ordered. On the odd occasion that things have gone wrong, I have always received good, helpful customer service.

Order from Home Bargains on the internet parcel delivered the box was open and two items missing items total £4.96 they offer to pay me £2.98 which is an insult I'd like to point out to them their responsible for deliveries not me thank you

Had my parcel delivered by the company evri the box was open and two objects missing will not be ordering online again from Home Bargains and less they change delivery companies⁰

Want to leave a glowing review for all the staff at the Peterborough Home Bargains Store, after wanting to get hold of many items from the viral ‘Jellycat’ range for months I was able to secure most of the items I was wanting yesterday. This wouldn’t have been possible in particular from the Store Manager Bash. He was particularly helpful when I called the store and very informative about what stock was available before I made my journey in. All staff have been more than happy to look daily when I’ve rang to see whether the items I am wanting are in stock. Fantastic customer service!

The review is long over due, just after Christmas I received some damaged boxes from website, I returned them to store for an exchange. They didn't have them in store and it was a naff on website. I had just had a bereavement, and everything felt emotional, but she was the only person who I feel could actually see this, she was calm, patient, helped me sort it out and made it so much smoother. She helped me before when I needed perfume again was.really nice, nothing was to much trouble. The store has a really nice vibe. The team seem helpful. Friendly and like they all get along. Thank you

Looking for a good quality kitchen roll for just 99p? Then its Buffalo kitchen roll with 200 sheets per pack. I have tried other supermarket brands. These were either too thin, had bad absorbency or were expensive. This Buffalo brand seems to be the best on the market and the price is excellent....
