I visited Savers Enfield Highway on Saturday and had a really pleasant experience. Elif, the sales assistant, was extremely helpful and friendly — she provided excellent customer service throughout my visit.

The music playing in the shop created a really nice atmosphere and made my shopping even more enjoyable. The store itself was very tidy and clean as well. Overall, a great experience!

I went into the Worcester store (located in the Shambles), to pick up a few things. The shelves were well stocked, and I was able to get all that I wanted. I was served by a lady named Sandra at the tills. She greeted me with a “hello” and smile. She was very friendly and chatty, whilst putting through my items efficiently. Sandra, mentioned about the QR scan me, while I was being served which I will certainly use in the future. After my transaction was complete I gave her a green face on the till screen, and left the store feeling very happy and valued as a customer… 100% great service.

I visited the thatcham store today couldn’t find what I was looking asked lovely lady serving at the till Sarah was her name helped me find what I was looking for brilliant customer service will definitely be back again shop so clean and tidy

Stood in line with loads to buy - waited about 10 minutes - one staff member at the till (with 2 other tills empty) only to then be told that they are only taking cash …. Woman told me to put the stuff back where it came from or go out and get cash - needless to say I did neither and left - poor service

Savers is a brilliant addition to Dudley, just what the town needed, such a good range of products at amazing prices & staff all very lovely too! I am buying thesame sort of things I did when it was Superdrug but for half the price! Thank you Savers Dudley🙏🏻

amazing staff !!! the goole branch is fantastic and unbelievable helpful! they’re always smiley and chatty, helping recommend products and mentioning offers of the week which i usually end up getting. it’s an absolute gem for goole! outstanding customer service with a fab + tidy product selection! x

Went into savers store today service by Ben and Cassandra was brilliant, very polite and purchased a lovely perfume for my Mums birthday.

So...first time doing an online shop with savers must say very impressed among my bits were milton and fabric softener to prevent any leaking were put into sealed bags great idea shall definitely be doing an online shop again!!!!

The staff are always helpful and friendly. I can get what I am looking fir at a reasonable price.

Helen was amazing, I was stood looking at the item I wanted and couldn’t see it!!! She came over and I asked if they sold it and she pointed it out to me. She even took the time to recommend a particular fragrance to me.

I've been going too shotton savers for years with me mum. Me and one of the girls had abit of a fallen out which I don't know what I've done I have spoken too her which she just ignore me. Been in there today too get a bottle of pop and she was on the till And she seen me walked off and I asked if she was going too serve me and said no I'm not and then walked off. She doesn't have too talk too me she doesn't have too be my friend. It's her job too deal with people I'm sick and tried of going in there and feeling uncomfortable every time she meant too be an adult not a child. So I will be keeping out of the shop of the way she made me feel.

All of the lovely girls in harlow savers are so helpful and polite, nothing is too much for them. Amazing experience!
