Recently successfully completed my drone training with Heliguy. The theory aspect of the training is challenging at times, however with a polished online modular structure, dedicated support team of experts on hand, this assures clear delivery of course whenever called upon. This is both invaluable and reassuring credit to the training provided
The practical assessment is delivered again in a professional and supportive way. Thanks to Jack for making what is inherently a stressful test situation less so. With positive and fair assessment of any areas that can be worked on upon completion of the flight.

I was given the exact drone training relevant for my work by Brad, who is credit to Heliguy brand. The environment where the training was carried out was perfect. I will be recommending to colleagues.

Heliguy were absolutely brilliant from start to finish.

I ordered the A2cofc and GVC combined course and every step of the way they were incredibly supportive. The online service allowed me to learn in my own time instead of taking time off work and the free resits made my exams as well as my learning comfortable and stress free. Luckily I passed both first time but that safety net was great.

The online videos are clear and concise and if there was anything I didn't understand, they were fast to respond and informative on the live chat or just a phone call away. The staff were very friendly and helpful whenever you needed them. I often thought I was bothering them too much but they always reassured me that they were more than happy to help.

I was nervous ahead of my practical GVC exam, but Lois was brilliant. She reassured me and made the experience enjoyable and a lot less stressful that I expected while maintaining the standards of the exam.

The only small negative of the course was that I had to complete 2 hours of flying before my exam, and while it was very helpful for me to practice manoeuvres and emergency procedures, it was a bit of a pain finding places to legally fly away from the general public during dry days. This is something I knew going in so I can't really complain about it and it's certainly not a reason to not take this course.

All in all, I can't thank the team at Heliguy enough and when you factor it the cost of the course compared to it's competitors, it's a no brainer.

Just completed my GVC and I have to say this was one of the best structured courses I have seen. Great LMS and great communication with the support where it is needed and regular updates. Everyone on the team are very friendly and I found the process very smooth. Well worth it!

I recently completed my GVC drone course with Heliguy and would highly recommend this course. Although it was challenging at times, the training staff were helpful with their guidance and were always on hand to answer any queries. Brad was very calming and assuring on the day of the practical assessment which helped with any nerves. Overall, I think this course is excellent in preparing for ‘real life’ drone flying and would like to thank the full team for their help.

The entire process of obtaining the A2/GVC certificate was great. The amount of information in the online training course was fantastic and delivered well and Faye was lovely and calming during the online test. When it came to doing the practical GVC test, Odysseus put us at ease and made the experience enjoyable rather than nerve racking. Communication from Heliguy was fast and helpful whenever needed. 10/10.

Tom was my assessor on the occasion I had passed my practical exam. He made me feel so relaxed and at ease during the whole process. He informed me on the minors I had obtained but the way he presented this was very professional and I didn't feel criticised at all. He was relatable and understanding and overall I believed I passed due to being so relaxed.

I just finished my GVC course with Heliguy. The learning materials are thorough, and the training staff are very helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive with queries. I was given thorough assessment feedback.

Just Completed GVC with Heliguy. From the initial contact, online instruction, flying days and course completion, it was ran professionally thought. I would recommend Heliguy for their quality of training and support.

I was enrolled on a visual line of sight course with Heliguy, week beginning 14th October 2024 (work related) and was immediately impressed with how developed the company was.
I have little to no experience with drones and what organisations are out there teaching piloting therefore was impressed to see Heliguy so well equipped and how professional they came across.

The course itself was interesting and I learned a lot, I would like to note that the power point content was a struggle to get through and feel future courses would benefit more with practical sessions between presentations e.g. setting up and dismantling the drone, going through its features or even generating a notam or going through a flying session and what is required.

The trainers were excellent and very approachable. I spent the majority of my week with Lois who was a fantastic teacher with an excellent teaching style and was very positive towards everyone and their abilities. This I found was particularly good as anyone who is completely new to the drone world would feel right at ease with Lois who encouraged everyone and made the week fun.

Overall 4 stars to Heliguy the only criticism being the amount of powerpoint input (although understandable).

Bradley was an excellent instructor. I had a days worth of tuition in the run up to my assessment and his insight and instruction was spot on. Very knowledgeable and full of hints and tips to improve my flying and successfully pass the final assessment - which I did. Thanks a lot to Heliguy and especially Bradley. 5 star
