Heliguy have been exceptional throughout my drone repair.

I initially booked the repair directly with DJI, but after a quick online search and a phone call, I discovered Heliguy’s HQ was fairly local to me. They invited me in for a coffee to discuss my options and talk me through some of the additional services they offer.

My drone ultimately needed to be sent back to the manufacturer, but Heliguy made the whole process incredibly easy. They arranged a Mini 5 Pro rental for me there and then, which meant I could still complete the work I already had booked that week — a huge help when you rely on your equipment professionally.

The service from start to finish was second to none: friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. I’ll definitely be using Heliguy for all my drone requirements in future and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I recently bought a drone from Heliguy, and unfortunately, it had an unexpected landing straight into my pond.

When purchasing, I had luckily opted for Heliguy's own Repair/Refresh warranty in addition to the standard DJI warranty.

What followed was an absolute masterclass in customer service. DJI initially mishandled the case, giving conflicting information and making illogical excuses about why they couldn't analyse the flight data from a water-damaged drone, completely ignoring the fact that the data was easily accessible right on my RC 2 controller.

Instead of just passing the buck, Heliguy stepped in. They were incredibly thoughtful, attentive, and transparent throughout the entire process. They actively fought on my behalf, pushed back against DJI, and acknowledged how frustrating the manufacturer's confusion was.

To top it all off, because of the hassle I went through with DJI, Heliguy generously decided to cover the entire repair cost themselves out of pocket, completely preserving my Heliguy Repair Refresh policy so I can still use it in the future.

They turned a stressful, complicated accident into a flawless experience. If you are buying drone equipment, buy it from Heliguy. Their protection package and their customer advocacy are unmatched. I am a customer for life!

Great from start to finish (and beyond)
The course is laid out like no other I've been on previously with well thought out modern menus. A beautiful lack of PowerPoint is refreshing! Helpful advice and staff throughout.
On my days flight training I had the pleasure of Andrew and Ryan's experience. Friendly and helpful with great tips. No pressure at all. They relaxed my nerves during training and assessment day.
Great wealth of knowledge. Cool trucks/van too.

I recently finished the combined A2/GVC course and Heliguy have been fantastic throughout - the course material and test quizzes online have been brilliant, the theory exams all went without a hitch, and everything was easy to organise with my contact, Ryan.

I was a little bit unsure of my piloting skills and worried about the practical assessment, so I also booked in for a half-day training with Lois. She was absolutely brilliant - by the end of the session I was feeling much better about about the manoeuvres and procedures and I ended up passing the assessment the same day!

I would 100% recommend them for drone training!

Can't thank all the guys at Heliguy enough for their support and encouragement especially Lois and Ody who believed in us and our capabilities from the start. The days in the field were fun and time went so quickly especially when there is so much to take in.
The videos beforehand are informative and teach you all you need to know on the theory side of things. There is always someone on the end of the telephone, via email or on the chat service to help you with any questions or queries you may have. Brilliant company, training and customer service, highly recommended.

I have just completed my GVC training with Ody and Lois. The course was delivered to a very high standard. The instructors had immense patience and were very knowledgable throughout the course.

I have received excellent support during my on line A2 certificate of Competency renewal course. Everyone is very responsive to any questions or advice you may require. You never feel you are left to your own devices and the knowledge gained gives you the confidence to fly safely . Ryan, Bradley and Jack were all very patience in answering my questions. I am also reassured that the support will continue even after being awarded my Certificate. I can highly recommend the heliguy team as a safe pair of hands!

Excellent courseware, extremely well presented. Great communication and suppurt throughout. I would highly recommend the A2/GVC combined course to any aspiring drone operators looking to establish themselves in the proffession. From start to finnish the process was undertaken at a pace suited to my needs. With the courseware always available for quick reference when the oportunity arose, efficient and effective learning was achieved in conveiniet bite sized sessions of my choosing. I recently completed a CAA PDRA01 Audit and GVC Renewal Course with Heliguy Training. A very professional, knowledgeable and friendly team. A special mention to Jack and Lois who provided superb support and were easy to contact during a stressful time updating and collating required paperwork for the CAA audit. The GVC Renewal Course was very straightforward with excellent online content and very useful mock exams. The submission of Flight Currency and organisation of GVC Theory exam were very well organised with great support from Ryan. The Renewal Certificate was received within hours of the exam by Chris! Full recommendations to Heliguy for your UAS training or CAA audit requirements.

Excellent local company providing drone training. Andrew and Lois are great communicators, friendly and professional, and were really encouraging during the training we did which was a bit daunting at first but by the end of it it had given us greater confidence in our flying and to practice more. Great day out.

Excellent on site training with Heliguy for six of our staff, giving them the confidence and skills they need to fly our DJI mini 4 Pro for work. The training was pitch perfect for beginners.
