I keep coming back for the facial serum, it is by far my favourite product, my skin is more refined and clear since I started using it. I use most of the skincare and lots of the other products, and everything I have ordered over the years has been exceptional and exceeded my expectations. I love the way Natalie explains the ingredients and demonstrates how it can be used. Delivery is very fast and always comes well packaged.

Amazing product amazing smell great customer service.

Unfortunately my order didn’t arrive after a week & tracking showed that Royal Mail hadn’t even received the parcel! I made contact & after having to chase for a response & advising that I would like a refund, I was finally told they would look into it & come back to me. They didn’t get back to me, but the tracking mysteriously just updated to reflect that royal mail now had the item & it was moving through their system.
I contacted again requesting the return address, advising that I wouldn’t be keeping the item, as it had taken so long to arrive & I would like my money back. Was eventually given the return address & was told that my item would have to be inspected for a refund. Wow! I didn’t even open it upon arrival, just returned it straight away at my own cost. They then refunded me, minus my original postage, because apparently the return was just due to “change of mind” & no fault of theirs! 🤯
There was no mention of this in our previous correspondence, also this was clearly not the case & they knew full well why the item was being returned, however they took no responsibility whatsoever & just looked after themselves throughout! No customer care at all & an entirely unpleasant experience all round! Nope! 👎

Always buy from OPRETTY their tan eyelashes skincare and love their heartless hair wrap very friendly and customer service is excellent very happy customer 🙂

Magic potion in a bottle....ive tried MILLIONS of tans, but this is BEAUTIFUL. Gorgeous golden colour, lasts for days, doesn't go patchy, cherry scent when applying is lush and no tackiness AT ALL. Just love it!
