Place my first order a few weeks ago and everything was great. Placed a 2nd order on the 2nd of october and it still hasn’t arrived 11 days later. Customer service is absolutely shocking. Had too chase up on emails and they dont amswer the phone. Will give them one more day then will be contacting my bank too try and get money back. Definitely wont be using them again

Thank you for your message, and I’m sorry to hear you’ve been frustrated by the delay. We’ve looked into this carefully — your order was placed after 4:30pm on Thursday 2nd October and dispatched on the next available collection, Friday 11th October, via Royal Mail Tracked 24.
According to Royal Mail’s tracking (ref WQ598100830GB), your parcel was scanned at the Midlands Super Hub and is scheduled for delivery today.
Unfortunately, no email address was provided at checkout, which meant you wouldn’t have received the automated shipping and tracking updates normally sent to customers.
We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused by the one-day delay, and we’re glad your parcel is now with Royal Mail for delivery. We take pride in our service and always do our best to keep our customers informed — even when we’re at the mercy of carrier networks.

Everything is great about the products and company, but their dispatch times are very slow, I order quite a lot of gun dog gear from lots of different specialist companies and their dispatch times are about half of yours

Great experience, A slight delay in receiving the slip lead, I called and then I was told it was coming into stock within a couple of days. They apologised for the wait, but sure enough is was sent a few days later.

Unfortunately, despite paying for the upgraded service, the parcel has not been delivered to your chosen collection point on time, and this has understandably caused frustration.
We completely share your disappointment. In fact, this experience – along with other similar cases – has led us to remove Evri as a courier option going forward, so no other customer has to face this.
We always aim to provide a five-star experience and it’s frustrating when courier performance lets our customers (and us) down. While the delivery is outside of our direct control, we take full responsibility for the overall service and will continue to monitor courier performance closely.
