We've bought the beef titbits- loved those but crumbly and breakdown quickly in your pocket.
Venison / duck sausage bites. Brilliant training treats. They can be split by hand to make smaller if required.
Fish puff squares - dogs go nuts for these!
Twisted fish skins - the one I won't reorder, quite big and as my dogs scoff treats, I didnt think these worked for us.

We’re sorry your order was delayed, Mark. Your purchase was placed at 4:16pm on 29th October and was due for despatch within 5 working days (by 5th November). Unfortunately, an unexpected supply delay pushed this by two working days — not nine.
A full refund has now been issued. While we appreciate delays can be disappointing, we are a small UK family business doing our best to communicate honestly and deliver quality products. We take great pride in our reputation and respectfully reject any suggestion of being a “scam.” as suggested in your email to us.

We completely understand your point about PayPal — it’s a question we get quite often. Unfortunately, PayPal’s very high transaction fees and their habit of withholding funds without notice make it increasingly difficult for small independent businesses like ours to keep prices fair and cash flow stable.
To protect our customers and hold our great prices, we now use Shopify Payments (powered by Stripe) — a fully secure platform with the same buyer protection as PayPal. We’re also exploring new options such as Super Payments, which rewards customers with cashback for every purchase.
We’re delighted you found the site easy to use and our prices great — thank you again for supporting a small, family-run British business!

Outstanding little company with great customer service!
I ordered a slip collar for my son as part of his birthday present (he is training to be a dog trainer and has a young pointer).
The delivery due date came and went (ROYAL MAILS FAULT) and the company reached out to ask how my order was and I explained the issue with it not arriving yet.
Craig was extremely helpful, polite and professional and advised if it hadn't arrived by the following day he would send another.
This was enough to push my multiple missing parcels (from different companies) through Royal Mail and the two slip collars arrived on the same day.
I advised Craig they'd been delivered and asked if he'd like me to return the 2nd collar to which he said we could keep it as a spare and even gave me a 10% lifetime discount code.
I wish all businesses looked after their customers in this way (even if I'd have had to send the 2nd collar back).
As a side note, the slip collars are excellent!! Finally a collar with a stopper that actually works and keeps it in the correct position consistently.
100% Recommend and will definitely use again.

Have ordered a few times from this Company. I have ordered in the past a few of the field trial pro leads, they are well made and very strong. This time I’m trying out the swivel ones, so far so good as spaniels tend to get twisted up. Would recommend company

Ordered some training toys for my dog…
Ordered some training toys for my dog 9th October! I had an order confirmation and money was taken! But thats it! no confirmation when it will be delivered, or if its even been dispatched this was 7 days ago, ive emailed them 2 days ago which I got an automated email back saying they will be in touch 3 days ago!! Ive rang about 7 times and just get a voicemail to leave a message which I have but nothing!!
Yet my son bought something Sunday it was delivered 2 days later....If there has been a problem with my order then let me know at least that there's a delay but im sat here wondering if im ever going to receive it at all!! I understand they could be busy but they should have some organisation for responding to order queries...IF I ever receive it I definitely won't be using this company again!!!!!!!
