Had. Fabulous River cruise with go singles. Food on La Belle Cadiz was excellent as were all the staff, who were very attentive to our needs. We were kept very busy with various tours and town walks as well as the option to just chill on the deck!

as always Jennie was super helpful throughout the whole process of booking she really is a credit to your organisation
However unfortunately this doesn’t appear to be the case with all members of the team
our pick up a Seville airport was less than satisfactory with a driver who could speak no English whatsoever and didn’t seem to know where she was taking us to. We had it pointed out to us that she didn’t have WhatsApp which is how we all been communicating which made this all the more complicated.
Whilst it wasn’t a problem for me, there were also issues with the Granada trip that had not been booked properly. It wasn’t a problem for me because I never intended to go. I believe there were some very unhappy people one in particular who didn’t secure a ticket was actually crying on the day of the trip because she couldn’t go as there was no allocation for her
The ship itself in terms of the Carrier was exceptional. The food is wonderful. The stuff are amazing and the cabin which I had chosen to be on the upper deck was very good.
The major downside of this trip is that there’s not a lot of sailing so when we moored in Seville for four days out of the seven my view was of the dockside Ie no view at all and i had to keep the curtains drawn most of the time because people could see directly into my room There were a lot of trips with the Granada trip being a six hour round-trip and others being four hour Round trips neither of which I went on because I couldn’t face such long trips on a coach I realise that this is a logistics issue but nevertheless it was disappointing as for me as the major part about these trips is the sailing
The weather was very nice and the ship had been advertised as having a pool When we arrived we discovered that the pool is only actually available, and in terms of available . I mean actually existing in the summer months This was again disappointing

This has been my second trip with GoSingles and both have been very enjoyable.
I met lovely people and we had lots of laughs in an opulent hotel.
It's great that we get to say hello before the trip by chatting on the WhatsApp group which GoSingles set up. Really good idea.
I feel so comfortable with this company that it will be my first choice in future.

I had a horrible experience with GoSingles this year. Too deflated at the time to leave a review, I now feel it’s important to warn others about GoSingles’ sharp practice.

In a nutshell, I had to cancel a holiday just over seven weeks in advance. GoSingles were inflexible and charged a £1,423 cancellation fee. I believe GoSingles then resold the holiday, as the trip was later shown as fully booked on their website. Consumer law states that if a travel firm resells a cancelled holiday, customers are generally entitled to a refund of their money, minus reasonable admin costs or a fair, proportionate fee. GoSingles appear not to operate in line with this law.

The details are: I booked and fully paid for a week’s holiday in Sicily from 8th September 2025. I was then notified of an NHS hospital appointment on 9th September to review unsuccessful surgery. Whilst not the type of appointment for urgent treatment that would be covered by holiday insurance, it was vital for me to attend. Changing the date of the hospital appointment would mean waiting a further five months.

I proposed to GoSingles that I join the holiday on 10th September. After all, I had paid for it: the room and return travel should be available to me. I was happy make my own outward travel arrangements or for GoSingles to do this, with me paying any additional cost. Quite absurdly, GoSingles would not allow me to join the holiday two days late. I therefore had no choice but to cancel.

There was a further twist. At one point, GoSingles sent an email stating: ‘we do have the option of moving your booking to a later date for another Italian break’. I was temporarily relieved and thanked them. But it turned out that GoSingles were offering only one particular date for an alternative holiday. This clashed with my god-daughter’s wedding so I could not accept the offer. GoSingles would not offer any further date.

One further point, I have seen how GoSingles twist things in their replies to negative reviews. If they quote a positive statement from me, this will have been made during the brief period when I thought they really were offering me another Italian break that I would be able to take up.

Overall, I strongly advise travellers NOT to book with GoSingles. Do not get caught out by their sharp practice. Do not allow them to push you into cancellation, keep your money and resell your holiday.

The greatest Christmas I've had with the most amazing group of people.The entertainment wasn't quite up to standard there could have been a separate room in the hotel for a disco and the rooms were not warm enough though if you mentioned it early enough you would have been given an oil heater. Prices of tea/ coffee and drinks a bit steep but overall I was pleased with the Christmas break

Great hotel with very friendly staff. Company rep was welcoming, kind and an excellent host. Would definitely recommend.

Good Christmas Break with some lovely people

This was my 1st time with go singles. We had a fabulous hotel, food and staff were excellent, our tour guide was also excellent nothing was too much trouble for him.

A shout-out to Go Singles for their Christmas break at the Queen Hotel, Chester. Excellent accommodation, good food, and best of all, several new friends. Also want to thank Gary, the rep, who made everyone feel very welcome.

Berlin to Prague River Cruise.
Just returned from my 2nd GoSingles River Cruise. Another amazing experience. Pre Travel arrangements were clear, professional and helpful thanks to Beth and Jennie in the office.
The Cruise itself was fantastic. The food and staff were exceptional again. Visited , some beautiful places. Was lucky enough to stop at the Christmas Market at Magdeburg which opened the day we arrived.
Prague was beautiful and will return again to visit.
Could not fault this trip from booking to returning home. This is a must do Cruise.
Can’t wait for my next River Cruise. Already planning my next one!!

My advice to anyone thinking of choosing a holiday with this company is to find out the minimum required persons they accept for the trip they are interested in. If possible ask them how many people have actually booked. Unbeknown to me the minimum on my trip to Cuba was 4 ! Of which there was cancellations leaving just 2 of us. I was informed with an unapologetic telephone call 5 days before the trip.
Their motto " Go so solo but not alone "
Is laughable.
On a better point the guide in Havanna were brilliant but we did not see any representative in Varadero. Just text messages.

Recently got back from Lake Garda... what a week! 🇮🇹 Stayed at the Gardasol Hotel and had the best time It was a great group of 15 solo travellers. Loads of laughs, great company, and stunning views everywhere we looked.

Hotel was spot on, it was clean, comfy, and right near the lake. Ended up getting a great price on it so it was amazing value, and had more to spend in the country. Very happy to have done another solo trip with Gosingles, highly recommend, felt comfortable and ended up meeting a few new mates and shared memories.

Good experience for anyone with a sense of adventure. Friendly & knowledgeable tour guides . Good food with plenty of choice on the menu. The scenery, the people, the culture, it all makes an impression that will last in your memories. The other people on the tour were just great, we all had our own different characters but we got on just great, i would invite them back for a room party any day.

Where do i start! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I arrived in Italy Wednesday lunchtime and flew back to the UK Thursday lunchtime. My 24 hours in Italy was pure torture.
I arrived at the airport in Italy and after over half an hour of searching I eventually found a man standing in the corner with a tiny piece of paper in his hand with Go Singles on it, he also spoke no English at all so not a great start. I could have been stood there for hours.
The guy drove very erratic and the drive to the hotel was nerve racking to say the least. At the hotel he handed me a piece of paper which stated the meet and greet would be at 3pm.
Upon arrival at the hotel, the receptionist said here was no one here to greet me and I would have to now wait until 5pm for the rep.
I went to room, the facilities were extremely poor (couldn't even make a drink), I had two single beds pushed together so not comfortable, there were no English channels on tv at all.
The room was just not up to standard, the chair had no padding so too uncomfortable to sit on. The blankets on the bed had certainly seen better days and they were very scratchy and uncomfortable. The red carpet in the room had white stains on and didn’t look pleasant at all. Everything was really dated. Certainly not an upgrade from what we were initially promised!
The bar was absolutely tiny and no choices of beers, only one beer of which he only had 4 bottles of. I have never experienced anything like this ever!
I sat down with the rep and told him of my concerns which he wrote down , I told him I would be leaving the following morning, to which he said I don’t blame you.
All excursions started at 8 so would mean getting up at 6 on morning, not ideal when you are on holiday.
The pool was dirty and needed cleaning, this seemed to attract the mosquitos and the lady who sat by pool for half an hour got bitten numerous times which meant that even sitting out by the pool wasn’t an option.
The food….. well, there was no real choice, no buffet to select from, no fresh fruit out and no bread selection.
I got a choice of 6 options on a card on the table. I opted for linguine (wish i could attach the picture), the langoustine was rotten! I asked for it to be changed and it seemed they removed the langoustine and brought back the same plate, I was ill all night and couldn’t keep off the toilet.
I then found out there was only 3 people on this holiday including myself and one wasn’t going on the excursions. The idea to go with yourselves was that there were many single travellers to not be on my own.

Response from go Singles - in a nutshell your choice to leave early and should have spoke to rep before leaving - i did this but was told - I don't blame you!
No compensation, no vouchers no gesture of good will!

Recently returned from a Tuscany trip with this company. It was disappointing from the start as there were only 3 of us signed up for the so called "group" trip and then one actually left after the first breakfast! So, we quickly became 2.
The 3 days which were part of the trip, were quite well handled by a local guide on the whole but the other 3 days, when we had "optional" trips, were another story. I had imagined that we would be offered a choice of either another trip or to stay around the local area that day, However, this was not their meaning of optional - we were in effect abandoned to our own devices and forced to navigate the trains/ferry systems on our own if we wanted to explore Tuscany, as the local guide was working for a different company on those days. Luckily the other person and I got along , so we managed to navigate the problems fairly well - but not everyone would have been happy to do this.
We had also been told of a hotel change a week before our departure date. It was from a modern, smaller hotel to a much larger older style one. Once we got used to it, the hotel was fine- if a little tired and in need of rejuvenation. However, I had looked up the initial hotel online and had been looking forward to spending one of my optional days lounging around the open area by the pool - not really possible at the older place as there were numerous trees, so lots of shade and mosquitoes!
The driver who picked us up from the airport also drove us on the middle day to Siena. A glorious place - but I was stressed out on our return as the drivers eyes were frequently shutting and I was nervous that we might be involved in an accident.
On our return to the UK, I contacted the company to express my concerns over the hotel, number of participants on the tour, age of our driver and so on.
I received a response which included an offer of a 50 pound voucher to be used against any future trip with GoSingles- I'm afraid to say I will not be using that offer both because its derisory and I have no intention of spending any more with this company when there are other, better ones available!

Just got back from my singles holiday in Crete with GoSingles, staying at the Despo Hotel – and what a week! The hotel was lovely, friendly staff, and great food with plenty of variety. Everything was so well organised, from airport transfers to group dinners and fun evenings out. The atmosphere was relaxed, and everyone clicked from day one – no one ever felt alone. We explored beautiful villages, beaches, and local tavernas, and laughed nonstop along the way. Plus, it worked out around £250 cheaper than similar singles holidays I’d seen elsewhere. Great value, great people, and an unforgettable trip!

Go Singles Rhodes Holiday from EastMidlands Airport (EMA) 24th Sept 2025.
Not a caring, helpful or Cummunicative company.
- Supposed to be a Group Holiday, had a shock on arrival just to see three of us on the trip. In my opinion it should have been cancelled but Go Singles said they booked trips also on a single basis, so it was ok to go ahead. I am on my own enough...I wanted company, say 10 people at least and as in other companys holidays.
- Go Singles emailed me the price of flying from East Midlands, £264 extra and without showing a credit for not flying from Gatwick. Didnt even talk to me about it until it was too late to cancel. I regularly pay much less for flights from EMA.
- The flight out was around midnight and the return flight was 2am in the morning when on going connections were very limited. These are too late. Other daytime flights were available.
- On the last day had to give up room at 11am and until the late evening flight I was without accommodation for 10 hours. Too much.
If I had known about the number on trip, the high extra flight costs and flight times and service quality, I would never have gone on the holiday with GoSingles.
I have the impressionthat GoSingles have insufficient bookings for trips but go ahead anyway, and need the money.
This is not a company who cares for their clients.

Re GoSingles reply below, its a shame that GoSingles have reverted to giving an untruthful reply and spin to some of my experience.
I was never notified in advance regardimg group size. I believe this was held back from me.
No options were offered regarding alternative flight times and costs. After paying I was told four days layer they had selected my flights and when I told them they were totally inconvenient, they said it was too late to amend them. I was never offered any other flights at all.
An option for a dayroom was never mentioned.
My advice, if you have to go with GoSingles , when booking a GoSingles holiday is to be very aware and make sure costs , group numbers flight details etc are known before payment and get a quote.

Italy with GoSingles was all about the people as much as the places! Tuscany’s rolling hills, Florence’s art and piazzas breathtaking, but sharing it all with a fun group made it unforgettable. The dinners, laughs over wine, and late-night chats were the highlight. I loved how easy it was to connect, no awkward moments, just instant friends. And honestly, the trip cost way less than I expected compared to others. Social, scenic, and such great value, perfect mix!
