as always Jennie was super helpful throughout the whole process of booking she really is a credit to your organisation
However unfortunately this doesn’t appear to be the case with all members of the team
our pick up a Seville airport was less than satisfactory with a driver who could speak no English whatsoever and didn’t seem to know where she was taking us to. We had it pointed out to us that she didn’t have WhatsApp which is how we all been communicating which made this all the more complicated.
Whilst it wasn’t a problem for me, there were also issues with the Granada trip that had not been booked properly. It wasn’t a problem for me because I never intended to go. I believe there were some very unhappy people one in particular who didn’t secure a ticket was actually crying on the day of the trip because she couldn’t go as there was no allocation for her
The ship itself in terms of the Carrier was exceptional. The food is wonderful. The stuff are amazing and the cabin which I had chosen to be on the upper deck was very good.
The major downside of this trip is that there’s not a lot of sailing so when we moored in Seville for four days out of the seven my view was of the dockside Ie no view at all and i had to keep the curtains drawn most of the time because people could see directly into my room There were a lot of trips with the Granada trip being a six hour round-trip and others being four hour Round trips neither of which I went on because I couldn’t face such long trips on a coach I realise that this is a logistics issue but nevertheless it was disappointing as for me as the major part about these trips is the sailing
The weather was very nice and the ship had been advertised as having a pool When we arrived we discovered that the pool is only actually available, and in terms of available . I mean actually existing in the summer months This was again disappointing
