as always Jennie was super helpful…

as always Jennie was super helpful throughout the whole process of booking she really is a credit to your organisation
However unfortunately this doesn’t appear to be the case with all members of the team
our pick up a Seville airport was less than satisfactory with a driver who could speak no English whatsoever and didn’t seem to know where she was taking us to. We had it pointed out to us that she didn’t have WhatsApp which is how we all been communicating which made this all the more complicated.
Whilst it wasn’t a problem for me, there were also issues with the Granada trip that had not been booked properly. It wasn’t a problem for me because I never intended to go. I believe there were some very unhappy people one in particular who didn’t secure a ticket was actually crying on the day of the trip because she couldn’t go as there was no allocation for her
The ship itself in terms of the Carrier was exceptional. The food is wonderful. The stuff are amazing and the cabin which I had chosen to be on the upper deck was very good.
The major downside of this trip is that there’s not a lot of sailing so when we moored in Seville for four days out of the seven my view was of the dockside Ie no view at all and i had to keep the curtains drawn most of the time because people could see directly into my room There were a lot of trips with the Granada trip being a six hour round-trip and others being four hour Round trips neither of which I went on because I couldn’t face such long trips on a coach I realise that this is a logistics issue but nevertheless it was disappointing as for me as the major part about these trips is the sailing
The weather was very nice and the ship had been advertised as having a pool When we arrived we discovered that the pool is only actually available, and in terms of available . I mean actually existing in the summer months This was again disappointing

so disappointing the items were ordered…

so disappointing the items were ordered well over a week ago and are arriving three days later than the schedule. It’s impossible to get through to anybody and they AI bought on site. It’s absolutely useless. This is despite taking the money before. Could even tell me when it was going to be delivered but she’ll never use you again.

Jennie in bookings is amazing she made everything seem very smooth
The food on the ship was 5Star as were the rooms though I had upgraded
Entertainment was limited but I didn’t mind that
I wouldn’t do the tours again as I wanted more time to relax and would prefer to make my own way to where I wanted rather than spending time on a bus ride
We were a lucky group as we all got on really well laughing most of the time
The tour guide that came with us was a lovely young lady and good company though I was disappointed with her knowledge of the locations
I would def go again and have already booked another trip in August
The biggest disappointment was the change of dates and location at very short notice Whilst I realise this wasn’t go singles fault it cost me a lot of money due to having to cancel a paid job with a client

If I could give a minus star I would
My husband who had died March 4th had bought me a treatment for Christmas when I arrived at Leeds spa I said I didn’t want the head massage part of this as I was going out for lunch . I was then told repeatedly I had to have this because it was all choreographed and was taken downstairs where I sat waiting for 10 minutes and a very aggressive therapist said again It’s all the choreographed and I said I just do it, but I don’t want my head doing it which point, she stood up and walked out another after another 10 minutes, then I was told that she had to leave the premises for some emergency, then the manager came down and said they would reimburse me in cash hardly what I wanted. I wanted a nice treatment in a convivial atmosphere it couldn’t have been worse I will never never ever ever ever use lush again what was a nice treatment in a convivial atmosphere it couldn’t have been worse. I will never never ever ever ever go to lush again, nor I ever recommend it.

Whilst the paper is wonderful design…

Whilst the paper is wonderful design it’s incredible difficult to hang my v experienced decorator said it was the worst he had ever seen

Won’t be trying again

Well where do I start wrong products send and still waiting refund stuff not delivered anywhere near date promised loads of promises made by call center who say they are constantly dealing with complaints I am not surprised to be honest
