Easy to order and dispatch time was fast, very pleased

Love my new Lorenzo TV unit and sideboard. Delivery was quick and the finished product looks amazing. Wish I had more space to buy more for living room

Easy to use website and a really good selection of products. I’m always worried about ordering online. Delivery was smooth and the packaging was the best I’ve seen to date. 5 stars for the effort!

Product as expected communication good delivered on time as stated

Second purchase from Furnicomp and I'm impressed again. Beautiful furniture and great service, including a helpful delivery driver.

Absolutely blown away by this! The quality for the price point is fantastic. The craftsmanship is outstanding with those wood-effect doors are gorgeous and everyone who sees it compliments the look. Already planning my next order because this company clearly knows what they're doing. Huge thanks to the FURNICOMP team for such an amazing product!

I was a little unsure at first after reading some of the reviews here, but I’m genuinely so pleased I went ahead with the purchase. The Orlando Concrete Sideboard looks even better in real life than it does in the photos. All parts were clearly labelled, and the instructions were easy to follow. Once built, it felt sturdy and well-made. I also had a quick question before placing the order and called the customer service team, someone answered straight away and was really helpful and polite. Honestly, for the price, this sideboard is an absolute steal. And I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Furnicomp to others.

Very easy to order and came quickly. I was on the first floor and the delivery guys were very helpful.

Great value for money. I was finding it hard to find a storage cupboard in the correct size for my mops and cleaning products and Furnicomp had the perfect size broom cupboard

Excellent Service. And lots of options. I wasn’t sure what I wanted but a quick phone call answered all my questions and the display cabinet look spot on!

Loved the furniture I ordered. Absolutely perfect. Great customer service.

Really happy with my purchase from Furnicomp! I ordered a sideboard and coffee table, and both pieces look even better in person. The quality is solid. Delivery was smooth and everything arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. Great value for money too so would definitely buy from them again!

Awful company to deal with they do not answer the phone and when you email them they take days to answer. l had to send the same email multiple times. l am informing you if you wish to return an item they charge £49.00. Make sure you use Clear pay some form of payment with a back up system in place because l had to report them to get my money back which l had forgot about and it had been weeks so be mindful you definitely want the item and get your measurements right etc therefore because of my experience. I would never order from this company again!

Great product would definitely order again from them. I had a question which I had emailed them and with in a short time I had a reply and an answer to my question.
Very polite and helpful.

Very friendly and very helpful. Process of buying the unit was incredibly easy. Products look great. Would buy from here again

FURNICOMP FURNITURE IN LEICESTER..MY WIFE AND I HAD RESERVATIONS ABOUT BUYING FURNITURE ONLINE,SO I PHONED THE COMPANY AND HAD A CONVERSATION WITH MUSTAFA AND HE LISTENED TO MY CONCERNS AND MY WORRIES AND TOLD ME NOT TO WORRY ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THE FURNITURE AND DELIVERY SERVICE,HE SENT ME SOME LOVELY PHOTOS OF HIS FURNITURE AND REVIEWS FROM CUSTOMERS, SO I ORDERED A NAPOLI SIDEBOARD/CABINET ON 27/3/25 iIT ARRIVED TODAY 31/3/25 IN PERFECT CONDITION AND MY WIFE AND I BUILT IT, WE ARE ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE SIDEBOARD/ CABINET, AND THE DELIVERY SERVICE WAS FIRST CLASS WE WOULD HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO HESITATION IN RECOMMENDING FURNICOMP TO ANYONE WHO IS THINKING OF PURCHASING QUALITY FURNITURE AT A GREAT PRICE…KINDEST REGARDS RONALD & SHONA MCCALLUM

Ordered a dressing table on the 18/01/25 for over £100 and still waiting for it to be dispatched. I received an email a few days ago saying they are expecting a delivery soon and will dispatch as soon as. How can you sell something you don’t even have stocked?. If I were to buy the same product today (13/02/2025) it states on the website that it will be delivered between the 10th-20th of Feb. Clearly a lie and not even possible. Won’t be purchasing anything from this website again and will never recommend them.

Took what felt like forever to deliver 1 package, but the rest is missing, I wish I came on here and looked at these reviews before purchasing! No reply from emails and doesn't answer the phone either!!
