Impressed is an understatement
We've been a Fixflo client for years and have only upgraded to the professional package in the last year. Impressed is an understatement, as they've been absolutely brilliant with the level of assistance they have provided to ensure our transition of systems and process have gone smoothly.
Our Customer Success Manager is Alex Barbeta and he's been great since our first dealings. Nothing is too much trouble for him and he is an asset to the Fixflo brand.

Could not, now, be without fixflo
We, as a company, have using fixflo for around 5 years; however it would be fair to say that previously we were just playing with it. As a consequence of the pandemic I, personally, became more involved with the day to day management of our properties and started too better understand how fixflo works.
In short, fixflo is a game changer it simplifies and speeds up process, keeps all parties 'in the loop' helps to streamline your operation. I am a complete convert and am now looking to see how we can better utilise more of the program and its functionality.

Transfomative
We have been using FixFlo's reporting interface for years, but only recently adopted the Professional version for full issue management.
We had previously been using cobbled-together solutions led by email to manage our repairs, and from the first week I could already see the efficiencies that FixFlo would bring us. With our main tradesmen on board now as contractors, I feel like I have the world at my fingertips - issues have a life of their own and I no longer have to progress them through each step of the process and endless back-and-forth with the various parties.

Luckily for us, we had literally just signed up to Fixflo Pro prior to the full lockdown back in March and I have to say, this was a massive saving grace as it allowed our Property Managers to work remotely directly from their home laptops. From a management perspective, we also had automated reports sent to us on a daily basis allowing us to keep up to date with the productivity of the Property Management department whilst they were at home.
We have never looked back since that day and now Fix Flo has become an integral part of our operation allowing us to instantly communicate with clients, tenants and contractors all on the same platform and we are now looking to start utilising the planned maintenance and compliance section of the platform which will massively reduce our administration tasks. Perfect.
I also want to say that Louisa Killeen is a major asset to the company - she has been hugely responsive to any queries I have had and has been patient and clear with me when looking to understand what other benefits the platform can bring moving forward. Thank you Louisa.

New User - Should have moved to FixFlo sooner
Over the past seven months of the Covid-19 crisis, we have experienced a dramatic up-tick in the amount of maintenance issues reported by our tenants. This went hand-in-hand with the challenge of having staff working flexible hours from home for most of this period.
It soon became apparent that I needed to re-visit our current maintenance protocols to see if there was a more efficient way to deal with reported issues and planned maintenance, whilst not losing sight of the need to continue providing our landlords and tenants with the same levels of service they have come to expect from Haydn Jacks Lettings.
After much research, I settled on the software provided by FixFlo and it went live in the middle of this month (Oct 2020). We have taken advantage of their expertise in transitioning from one system to another, data transfer, staff training and also tenant and landlord promotion. The change has been seamless and after only one week since going live, we are already receiving amazing feedback from those tenants and landlords who have had reason to engage with the system.
This software is a must for all property management companies.

We have used Fixflo for several years…
We have used Fixflo for several years and find the system very helpful.
We have seen a noticeable reduction in complaints / concerns from tenants and landlords about maintenance being progressed as the system helps keep everything moving in the right direction.
It is also a god send when it comes to keeping on top of compliance certificates and renewal dates.

Fixflo has cut out all unnecessary…
Fixflo has cut out all unnecessary phone calls and arguments over responsibility with tenants / landlords. It has reduced our work by half! The training is good, the staff are so helpful and we would highly recommend using this system.
Once you get use to navigating the dashboard - maintenance becomes stress free and easy to pick up where someone else left!

I have imemented Fixflo + into our…businesses
I have implemented Fixflo + into our businesses as it adds value to our proposition. The teams love using it and we enjoy the benefit of its functionality. It is a great service for tenants. For us, (and landlords) it helps reduce un-necessary repairs that tenants are responsible for addressing. Wonderful piece of kit and a great team to deal with.
Rubbish for contractors
So here is my opinion.
The system probably works well for estate agents and tenants that is where it stops!!
Never has a thought gone into the contractors that have to use the system it is ridiculous and difficult for the contractor.
And when I tried to get support nothing doing, their website says very little to help contractors if you dont believe me go on their website and find the contractor log in. When contacted they basically just said sorry for your difficulties and put some unrelated drivel.
If you care about your contractors stay away if you don't it might be ok.
