Fixflo is one of the amazing programs we make use of. It changed our lives! Fixflo change the way we conduct our maintenance side of the business. Al the issues is dealt with in reasonable time. Everyone is on top of the progress of each issue that is reported. The track record is kept for easy access and everyone have access the whole proses. This is really one of the greatest investments we've made for our business!

Excellent product with excellent backup from great staff

If there is an option to give negative stars... I would give those.... We have logged in our problem 2 months back. Every time we call them somebody answers the phone who doesn't even know how to get hold of the property manager. They always give you a false promise that the property manager will call back soon.... I informed this to the property management agents who said they have escalated to the team manager... Still no word... Not even a reply saying that the problem will be looked after.

As a data & systems administrator I have seen the significant impact Fixflo has on improving our internal processes and efficiencies across multiple teams and parts of the business.
