No responses and no way to escalate

As a tenant, I found this a poor experience. No responses from the maintenance provider after 1 week of raising an issue and no way to directly escalate an issue within the app or ask for a different provider so I had to escalate with my landlord separately.

Thanks for your review of our repair and maintenance software used by your landlord's agent. Agents select how the software is used, are themselves the ones using it to reply appropriately.

A great product and that has made my life easier

I work for the Diocese of Bath and Wells as the Diocesan Surveyor / Property Manager with a portfolio of 250 houses and 3000 acres of land.

We moved from our old property system in early 2023 after undertaking a 6-month review of our systems and processes. We looked at multiple products, considering cost, usability, compliance etc and found that Fixflo as the best option.

6 months down and Fixflo has not disappointed. The property occupants have embraced the system to report issues and the contractors are using the system to receive instructions, report back issues and provide quotes. We can report issues and instruct works or quote request very simply.

Part of my role is to oversee the compliance and H&S of the portfolio. The work planner and the dashboard has enabled the team and myself to ensure that we are compliant and see compliance status easily.

In regard to contractor management again this is very good, they can manage their work flow / instructions on the system sending photos, reports, questions, quotes and invoices within the system. We on the other hand can manage them reviewing their performance, seeing feedback and most importantly making sure they are compliant in regards to their insurance, asbestos, working from height, Gas safe etc.

Customer service has been great. Any issues we have had have been looked at and resolved within a few days. They are also very open and encourage ideas and suggestions on how they can improve the system.

Joe Goss was great at helping me understand the product, how it will help me and my team. Also Thomas Moffat who managed the Set up.

Fixflo is what every property professional needs!

Fixflo is an amazing product that every property professional needs! It saves me time, keeps me compliant and also adds an extra added benefit for staff, tenants, and suppliers. I've been using FixFlo for a few years now and have upgraded my system as my portfolio grows. I couldn't operative without it. It's also good to know that customer support is available within the system. Joe Goss and Marcela Kralickova have been fantastic on transitioning my system and making sure I use the most out of it. Thank you both.

Very pleased with the product

Very pleased with the product, it has helped to group our maintenance together in one place as we manage over 80 sites.
I've found the team very easy to work with, we've had regular support and training throughout.

Fixflo has made some great improvements…

Fixflo has made some great improvements in our business and enabled us to manage repair & maintenance requests a lot better.
My only reason for 4* is due to some changes still needed that would make it even better to work with, and that I know the Team are already working on.
Greg is great to work with, was a massive help in the setup and is always at hand if anything is ever needed - massive thanks!

Poor Service .....

Unless you are a large Housing Association, don't expect any customer service.

We are 250 home letting agent, too small to be allocated an appointed contact.

The phone numbers go to voicemail, no one calls back, no out of office when on leave, leaves me feeling, they simply don't care!

If you are looking to integrate with your CRM, check the functions they claim are already in place, working and tested, their website showed joint functionality with agent OS, six months later we simply got a "minimal viable product", with little to no functionality, all in all, we don't feel valued, and they don#t seem to care!

simply does not work, fault reports are logged but absolutely no action and not passed over to Pro Call the agent who then is supposed to arrange the work. No telephone number to call and no response to multiple emails. Wonder if maybe the company has folded as doesn’t seem to be anyone responding.

Hi, I'm sorry to hear about the bad experience you've had with getting maintenance requests fixed.
Please note Fixflo only provide the software to manage these requests - we do not complete works ourselves.
I'd recommend you use the Comments tab on the maintenance report to contact the agency and any associated contractor to request an update.

Worth her Weight in Gold

What an amazing asset Marcela is to Fixflo and we can’t thank her enough. She went above and beyond to deliver on an integration project and if it was not for her we would not be in the position we are now. It took many months of hard work in pushing this integration through and there were times when she did a lot of this work herself manually due to problems with the software we were integrating with. She really is worth her weight in gold and we look forward to working with her and the Fixflo team for many years to come.

unsolicited text messages

I don't know what Fixflo is, but they are spamming my phone with unsolicited text messages that look like a phishing attack with a link to follow. I'm sure I never gave this company permission to contact me. Probably running a scam.

Lettings Agents Friend!

An excellent system for Lettings Agents looking to improve their Property Management. Easy to use, integrates with well known lettings software. Cuts out wasted time with tenants reporting repairs more accurately with more details required about the maintenance issues. Product can be white labelled. After sales support is excellent. My warm hello to Mr. Jason Trainer (Head of Customer Success at Fixflo) - he must be sacked right away. I had a great "pleasure" to read the reply from Fixflo on my recent experience I have described in my previous post - their reply simply confirms that FixFlo is a scam messenger. See what they wrote to me: "Please note that Fixflo is a software company; managing agents, contractors and occupiers all INTERACT with our software to provide information on maintenance requests." Fixflo still believes that agents, contractors and occupiers are INTERACTING about their common picnic next weekend. It is wrong!!! These participants have only a common problems they are trying to resolve! In a previous years they used to use e-mails attaching photos and videos describing problem they have and place where this problem has appeared. Nowadays there are messengers where you can easily use camera of your phone to record a video or sound the problem and pass it to the agent and contractor for review. All participants may simply ask for more information and finally receive all the data they need. In case of Fixflo such options are not available!!!! Occupier just send few words about a problem to agent. In turn agent pass these few words to contractor/landlord - no detailed information could be employed here because Fixflo is just an emasculated version of the messenger like Whatsapp/Telegram. Fixflo simply has no capabilities embedded aimed for resolution of the common problem inside the group of the occupier+agent+contractor+landlord - it is a simple scam messenger. Lets imagine you were obliged to use on your latest Iphone the application designed in 1990s and never updated since then. Probably you will be able to install and open it but you will definitely hate it because of obsolete interface and dull options like to send SMS and other useless items. The same happening with Fixflo - occupiers ignore this software because it is not a mainstream app, agent and contractors have no idea how to use this app for the purpose of work support, landlords simply spammed by this app and have no option to ask/request information/explain something - there are just few word area where the landlord can write own comments. Moreover Fixflo simply does not store the history of the problem initiated by the tenant - you logged in and see nothing - no compliance possible because data is gone. Do you believe that Fixflo can do something better? - no they simply do not have resources to produce PROBLEM RESOLVING AND HUMAN COMMUNICATIONS app because it is already exists. Fixflo is a scam messenger!!!!

2 years on still useless

2 years after my last review this still remains a completely useless app. In 2 years they haven't managed to get it working properly, crashes all the time, cannot upload pictures without the app crashing at least 5 times
..etc.
