As a long-time user of Fixflo, I feel the system is beginning to feel dated, particularly given the advances in AI and technology more generally.
The MI reporting is not especially intuitive. Reports often generate as spreadsheets with numerous unnecessary columns, meaning users have to spend time deleting and reformatting data before it is useful. This is time-consuming and not particularly user-friendly.
It feels as though Fixflo has perhaps rested on its laurels a little. The system now needs to be taken to the next level, with better use of AI to improve reporting, automation, usability and efficiency. I am hoping they are working on advances in the background.

I've been using Fixflo for a while now and have always found it quick and easy to use.
I've also worked with James Kelsall for quite some time, and he still gets back to me quickly with answers to any questions I have.
Highly Recommended
We’ve been really impressed with Fixflo – it’s made a big difference to how we manage maintenance across the business.
The platform just works well for everyone. Tenants find it straightforward to log issues, contractors get everything they need clearly, and landlords have good visibility throughout. It takes a lot of the friction out of day-to-day maintenance.
The biggest win for us has been the automation around planned maintenance. It’s taken away loads of manual admin and keeps everything running in the background without us having to chase things.
For Property Managers, it’s been a big shift. Much more efficient, and it frees up time to actually focus on service levels and looking after clients rather than being stuck in processes.
Also worth calling out James Kelsall, our Account Manager. He’s been brilliant, always helpful, easy to get hold of, and genuinely cares about making sure we’re getting the most out of the system.
Having that level of support makes a real difference.
All in all, a solid 5 stars from us.

Difficult to cancel
I've used this company for several years for the software for my business for tenants to report issues. People should be aware it is very difficult to cancel when you're locked in and it auto renews annually without any ability to cancel in year without paying for the full year even if you don't want to use it. I'm now paying for 6 more months that I won't be using it

We have been with Fixflo for several…
We have been with Fixflo for several years and overall the software itself is very good. However, our experience with their customer service has been extremely disappointing.
We previously tried their contractor call-out service but found the charges to be excessively high. We therefore decided to stop using the service and advised them on the phone & switched the feature off via their online portal. Despite this, we later discovered that we had continued to be charged for a further 14 months for a service we were no longer using.
We contacted Molly Hayman requesting a refund of approximately £1,300 for these charges. We were then advised that Fixflo “do not get notified” when customers switch the feature off themselves, which is difficult to understand considering their entire business model operates through their online platform.
I have emailed Molly three times regarding this matter and received only one response. It has now been over a week without any further reply. I have also asked for confirmation of the notice period required to cancel the service entirely, again with no response.
It is incredibly frustrating that there appears to be no direct phone support available, and communication is handled solely online. While the software itself works well, the lack of customer service and failure to deal with issues in a professional and fair manner is very disappointing.
I would strongly advise other customers to carefully monitor any additional services activated on their account, as resolving issues afterwards appears to be extremely difficult.

Have being overcharging us for over a year. Do not respond to communication. No contact phone number. Shocking way to run a business
SHOCKING!
This company operates with a serious lack of professionalism and accountability. In my experience, there is little concern shown for customers once they are signed up, communication is poor and frustrating, and attempting to disengage from their services is unnecessarily difficult.
I would strongly caution anyone considering using them to think very carefully and explore alternative providers first. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services.
Won't proceed without photos, even with electrical issues
Very computer says no, wiring in some ceiling downlights playing up causing some to flicker and others to not come on at all regardless of new bulbs. Away from the property for a few days but fixflo customer service (AI or human, unclear) refuse to even start the process of sorting contractors until I take a photo of the ceiling?

Constant Price Increases
If you’re looking for constant price increases to your subscription then you’ve certainly come to the right place! Although overall the system is decent, it just seems whenever they introduce a new feature customers are hit with a price increase whether they want the feature or not! I wouldn’t recommend the out of hours contractor service. They’re pretty good at all the tenants straight away but you’ll be waiting days for an out of hours contractor to turn up! Only one have they ever been able to source someone to attend! Not worth the money.
