How many unnecessary links do you want…
How many unnecessary links do you want to put in this chain. This has over complicated a simple process, It is not user friendly & does not work for me as a landlord.
I can guess whats coming next "REACH OUT TO OUR TEAM FOR HELP". I dont need help, i dont want to "reach out" & this shouldnt need a "team". Just send me an email when something needs repairing & ill send you an email back when the job is done...

Yet another obstacle to over come, why the hell have you incorporated this stupid link expired system, I despise using fixflo at the best of times, now another reason to avoid, back to messaging tenants, definitely hope non of the other letting agent take this on.

Emails not being received
Fixflo is the reporting system for my managing agent Trinity Management who are trying to get me registered onto their site using the Fixflo software, unfortunately despite using separate three email addresses for me to do so their invitation, all three of them have failed to reach me. Over to you Fixflo

Great customer service
Despite the difficulties, the Fixflo team rose to the challenge, providing the highest quality of services. I would highly recommend.
Avoid at all costs!
I first started using Fixflo as a letting agent in 2020. It was fantastic to use as a letting agent and nearly everything worked on that side from a desktop.
Tenants and landlords were struggling with it slightly though.
I have since left being a letting agent and am now a contractor. The contractor side of it on the PC is okay at best, but their contractor app is abysmal.
The app constantly crashes, doesn't load up, issues go missing off the dashboard, comments say they are sent but end up not being recieved.
Fixflo have a 'support' team, but it is a team of people who may not even exist as they very rarely will even acknowledge emails regarding technical issues, let alone fix them. As a letting agent, they were quick to respond and very helpful, but now as a contractor I have the feeling they don't care because I'm not a paying customer.
As a letting agent, you need happy contractors but if you go anywhere near Fixflo, you can guarantee they won't be happy.
The constant hard work to use their app is making working for letting agents who use Fixflo more hassle than it is worth!

Fixflo They Don't Care - Even You Die
I reported an issue with my boiler and shower last week, but I haven't received any response from them yet. Due to the leaking, I'm unable to use my boiler and shower. It's concerning that they haven't addressed this issue, and it feels like they don't care about their customers' well-being.

Monika at Fixflo Support is amazing
I love using Fixflo, it's an amazing platform and I started to look into how I can use the platform more extensively in my role as a Property Manager. Fixflo has got a lot of helpful guidance online, I found out that I wasn't using Fixflo to its fullest potential. I decided to reach out to the Support Team and Monika quickly picked up my enquiry. Monika responded speedily and was on top of my enquiry. It took some time to resolve all the issues but Monika kept me up to date throughout the whole process.
Monika's communication skills are excellent and her proactive approach was really appreciated.

Highly recommend Fixflo as a system - easy system to use and makes property managers lives so easy, by being able to monitor everything in one place. The training with Fixflo was comprehensive and well delivered. Dealt with Joe Goss who was extremely knowledgable and always on hand to answer any questions. Definitely the best property management software I have used over my 15+ years in the industry.
