Fixflo integral to our business - embrace it and love it!
We've been fixflo users for many years now and have seen it grow and develop over that time. Fixflo is intergated into everything we do on the property maintenance side of things. Once you embrace the system you'll come to love it. Tenants quickly understand how to report faults which results in fewer telephone calls. It's a powerful communication system between landlord, contractor and tenants. Contractors need to be educated on how to work it but once on board it works well for them. The auditing/reports is useable as evidence in disputes.
Cloud based, you can use it from anywhere allowing me to resolve issues from home and even abroad. (Such is the life of a property manager.)
It's a great system which streamlines our business and makes my life a lot easier.

Having implemented Fixflo Plus & Fixflo Blocks into companies you can immediately see the impact that the platform has for handling the complete repairs process. It provides total transparency for all concerned and is very intuitive to use. They work extremely hard to 'partner' with the customer to ensure you get most value from the platform.
They provide excellent informative online support pages along with short training videos. The Customer Support team of Lauren, Charlie & Jess are an absolute pleasure to deal with and deal quickly with any queries. They actively seek feedback and suggestions for future development of the platform and communicate changes well. As you may have gathered I am very impressed by Fixflo and would highly recommend them to any agents who want to enable technology to streamline processes & give complete transparency to their customers.

While I am sure this is an asset to the letting agent it is a right royal pain for the contractor. The user interface is dreadful, it is not very good with ios it's not good with safari, it flattens the battery. I changed to an Android phone, it now doesn't kill the battery but the rest is still the same. I have tried to work with this for a year or more now I'm no closer to getting the hang of it. My advise to the agents, don't bother if you don't want constant grief from your contractors.

Great platform for reporting…
Great platform for reporting maintenance. Very easy to use. I also like that when a contractor is not "computer literate" that as an agent you can move the job along on their behalf. We are new to the software and any queries we have had so far Charlie has been by far the best support we could wish for.

Very useful 24hr service to tenants and provides good information and guidance, there are some good reporting features to see how many tenants have started to report a fault then stopped as they've received advice. Customisable to a certain degree. Probably work best if you can film and add your own videos, which is a feature available. has helped streamline our maintenance reporting procedures.

Seriously the VERY worst system I have …
Seriously the VERY worst system I have ever come across. As a contractor who is obliged to deal with admin from a phone daily onsite the system would not allow me to comment, edit, upload but was very good at sending me reminders about completed jobs every single morning at 8.00 on the dot.
It may work for some- it most definitely did not for me.
I asled for help and was advised they 'may' be improving software next year to accommodate iPhones!!!!!
PS iv only given 1 star as it was the very minimum I could give.
