Good Communication about delivery, driver was very helpful carrying boxes to where we needed them, furniture was pretty easy go assemble and seems good quality as well. Definitely going to buy again

Product order easy. I was then contacted regarding delivery date. I was at work and given a 30 minute call prior to arrival. I was then able to track accurately the location of the delivery van. The chairs were easy to set up with instructions. There were no marks or errors on the chairs. They are comfortable to sit on and sturdy for the dining table.

Ordered a side table in December 2022. There was a delay in supply but we were kept fully informed of the situation which I regard as very important. Eventual delivery was very well organised to the extent that the expected delivery time was narrowed down to a reasonable time slot. Delivery guys friendly and helpful. Product arrived well packaged, undamaged and when assembled was as described on the website. 1st class service.

Utterly terrible. Ordered on 9 Nov. No delivery by 21 Dec. Phoned every day for 2 weeks and given various excuses about being lost/out for delivery/not out for delivery/ blamed on courier company. As result I cancelled order and awaiting hundreds of pounds refund. Now too late to re order for Xmas. Do not use this company.

Appalling customer service sales add said delivery 5 to 7 days when the chair didn't arrive was told 2 weeks, carrier arraigned delivery for a Saturday, Delivery did not arrive carrier phones closed weekends 1st Furniture not answering voicemail box full be warned buy from this company at your peril.

Maze Rattan Grey Victoria Dining Set
This set was bought in July 2018. The chairs are all in good condition, however, the weave of the table top, which is covered with a glass top, is splitting , resulting in holes appearing- present count 20.
The manufactures guarantee on the rattan weave is for one year only. If you are considering buying this product, please keep this in mind.

According to your website my dining table should be delivered within 2-3 weeks. However, I still have not received my dining table. Not only has your call advisor lied about the original dining chairs that I ordered which was apart of the Louis dining set being discontinued, he states that a call agent attempted to contact me. Bare in mind I have no missed calls or voicemails.
I have now been delivered 6 dining chairs which I had to request for as an alternative and I am still waiting for my dining table.

Ordered furniture April 22 for delivery may 22. Order in excess of £3600. Email then received with delivery dated June22. Called early June to confirm delivery date. Now told delivery end of July. No communications prior to my phone call. I cancelled order, i was informed refund would be 24 to 48 hours. Awaiting refund which is delayed also.

Firstly this has been an ordeal from start to finish with this company. I purchased a Maze grey Venice garden sofa set with riser table and ice bucket around the end of March. Hoping to have it for Easter and two special birthday celebrations. I was expecting it to arrive and then advised it was out of stock and waiting for it to come back in. When it did arrive the glass top was missing. The customer service advisor I spoke to in Scotland said you sure it is not there should be in the box. I confirmed the box was missing and that only 2 of the 3 boxes turned up. I then discovered several defects with the PU rattan on both sofas and the weave was wonky. The advisor said well it won’t affect use. I was horrified by this time and complained endlessly , and even contacted Maze until a replacement turned up. Hoping obviously they would have made sure this set was perfect. I was wrong ,this set was even more defective and wonky. I lost the will to live. Both sets finally picked up early this week and I’m still waiting for a refund. The advisor even said I suggest you don’t purchase goods that come from Maze anymore. First furniture need to refresh their staff on how to deal with customers. It has been a horrendous experience. I work in Quality Assurance and this has been unsatisfactory customer service making me stressed.

Very bad delivery service and customer service! I bought the assemble service, but they delivered the furniture and say they cannot assemble these as they cannot find parking space. They’ll come another time, which is fine. However, they leave the furniture on my living room for two weeks without coming back or anyone contacting me to rearrange. I called them several times to chase, no response. Customer service was extremely rude. Disappointed!

I bought a 'Pisa' leather recliner with footstool, and I was very pleased upon it's arrival. The chair is very solidly constructed, and assembly was straightforward due to a comprehensive set of instructions. Delivery was prompt - I was emailed a slot notification from DPD, & they arrived slightly early. The chair was very well packaged in a secure box, and every component was bubble wrapped. A nice touch was the inclusion of spares for the nuts and bolts set, as inevitably, some pieces get lost.
Overall, I very happy with the purchase, and I expect to use this seller again in future Excellent service.

I ordered a ‘Nice’ leather reclining chair from First Furniture on the 13th April. It was acknowledged immediately. I was contacted earlier this week to advise it would be delivered today 22nd. I received a text this morning from DPD giving me a one hour delivery time and bang on time it was delivered. The chair is excellent as was the service I received from First Furniture. Highly recommended.
Incidentally the same chair on Amazon would cost around £200 more !

I only leave negative reviews when justified and I think after paying for garden chair covers on the 30/03 and as at todays date (15/04) having not received or had a response to my email queries, I’m justified.
I had read lots of negative reviews before ordering but they seemed mostly to be for damaged furniture etc.
My theory was how hard can it be for a busy store to stick a couple of flat packages in the post?
Clearly this company are not set up to really compete with online companies yet.
I’ll update my review when I get my items, which at £50 I’ll be wanting or my money back.

Actually would prefer to give them no stars but no option. Just had an extremely disappointing and patronising conversation with one of their managers - Scottish by the sound. The issue or blame in this case does not matter …it’s the way a query or complaint is handled. Customer service and how you deal with customers is everything in business but clearly this is not a top priority for them.
Happily look elsewhere in the future regardless of any discounts from this company.
