BEWARE - What they advertise may not be what they send you. They then hide behind it being a “typo” on their website which they are not responsible for. Very quick to take your money but if you have an issue the aftercare is the worst I have ever dealt with. They agreed a refund and collection of the good but then I had to chase them constantly for 3 weeks to arrange for it to be collected.

Bought a bed set with headboard, base and mattress. Very good choice of products and well-informed sales staff. Extremely happy with the furniture and delivery and installation were very efficient. Also, pleased that the company honoured the subsequent price reduction during the January sale. A very positive experience.

Delivery was first class. Regular updates, a call first thing on the day of delivery with with estimated time of arrival and then another call 30 minutes before arrival. Furniture was unpacked and set up where we wanted

I placed my order on 20th December and haven't heard a thing since. I wasn't expecting delivery before Christmas but communication saying when delivery might be possible would have been polite.

Terrible company no after sales support, we purchased a garden table set which arrived damaged. 8 months later we were still asking for a replacement which after every excuse imaginable arrived accompanied by a large box of packaging waste material! Read other review sites and see that we are not alone in our experience!

Really quick delivery, very friendly service

I still haven’t received my order and made this order over a month ago! I’ve tried to email regarding this update and delivery which I’ve paid! I can’t answer my phone through your the day as I work but I’m happy to respond to any emails!

Had I known that I would have to wait almost 3 months for delivery I most certainly would not have placed an order!!

Don’t trust this website.

I ordered a bench for my dining table which was advertised at 150cm. My table actually needed a 160cm bench but thought it was a fair compromise.

However the bench arrived and is 130cm !! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!! They lie on their website description probably to coerce people into buying products they don’t need with no intention to refund/ return.

I’ve contacted them but have yet to receive a response.

I rang to see if the chairs were in stock before I ordered. It was confirmed that they were. Everything went smoothly and I was informed of progress by phone and e mail. Delivered within 3 weeks of order. Very pleased.

I found my Frank Olsen furniture at this store. Lowest price on the internet. Order placed, and delivery date agreed. The furniture was delivered on the agreed date, however upon opening one of the boxes, the glass top was shattered. I thought I would have problems. However, I called on a Saturday morning. Spoke to Ali, they took the details, I emailed an image of the shattered glass. On the Monday a new box was agreed and delivered on Thursday. Excellent customer service and I would definitely buy from them again.

If I could leave no stars I would. Ordered a table costing £550. Delivery was stated as 2 weeks, and goods arrived on time, however, table packaging was damaged. In opening, table had a large chunk out of one corner and cracks radiating from it. It was a high gloss table so glaringly obvious. The damage wasn’t even in correlation to the damaged packaging, so assume it was damaged before it was even packed! Took up with Furniture First immediately. They said they would refer to the manufacturer and I was given a reference number. Since then I have contacted them on many occasions, even asking for them to take the table back and give me a refund, but no reply. Eventually had to resort to a Section 75 claim against them. I would never buy anything from them again.

It said item was delivered with picture and it wasn't here so I can't really give review theu gave me full refund

I have ordered my chair and paid but awaiting delivery hopefully soon . I have given four stars for the process so far.... the order being taken and a query phone call afterwards but now I wait for delivery! Will send another review when it is delivered.!
