The people at First Furniture (especially Mo) were so helpful with a tricky order! Communication was always prompt, comprehensive and reassuring. It was always going to be a slightly stressful purchase but First Furniture made it as easy as it could possibly be and we are delighted with the outcome. Thank you First Furniture!

Online ordering was very straightforward. We did however need to amend our order & I have to say the customer service was first class.

We had the kitchen table delivered and while unpacking we observed a few defects. We got in touch via WhatsApp and provided photos to confirm our findings. They arranged a new delivery and the people who delivered the new table assembled it and picked up the old one at the same time. We are very happy we chose this company as they dealt with our situation swiftly and all with a positive outcome.

I ordered a RV Astley lamp through first furniture and the item arrived exactly when they had notified me and the communication was perfect as they arranged a call to see when was best for me for delivery. Unfortunately the lamp did arrive damaged however first furniture did their upmost best to get this sorted as soon as possible and made this priority, it was replaced straight away and my lamp is perfect. Thank you for your quick responses and I will definitely shop here again!

I ordered the fairmont upholstered bench, upon ordering there was a lead time of a few weeks which was no issue to us as happy to wait. Mo rung a few days later to say he could deliver as it arrived early and asked for a suitable time and date, which I thought was a lovely personal touch. Throughout the whole process they have been a courteous, personable company, and the goods arrived as advertised, well packaged and it looks amazing in our walk in wardrobe.
I would definitely use them again and I've already got my eye on some bar stools which will be next on my purchase list!

5 stars easy, absolute no brainer!

First dining table arrived damaged. It had a deep scratch in it but emailed the company and they sent another one straight out. When we opened the 2nd table the legs were damaged and one set didn’t even have the pads on the bottom. Emailed the company again and they sent replacements out within 2 days.
Shame the table and legs were sent out from the manufacturer like they were without being checked but 5 stars to the company for their swift exchanges and keeping me up to date the whole time. Really pleased with the quality of the furniture too

The company were first class from start to finish, I must make special mention to a gentleman named Mo, who was quick to respond to all e-mails, phone messages, even at the weekends. The order came quickly, and although there was a slight issue with the original delivery, again, such was the quality and speed with which the situation was rectified, it didn't change my view of the company and will definitely use them for my next order.

Ordered the Sofia Mirror dining table with glass top. Staff at the shop are attentive and very helpful. Delivered by their chosen company and the guys were especially nice. They unpacked and built up the table and cleared everything away.
Overall it was a fantastic experience and i would consider buying form them again.

Order 6 barstools that were £50 cheaper each than anywhere else online. Spoke directly to company on more than 1 occasion for times and dates. Everything that was promised was delivered on time and in great condition. 100% satisfied and would highly recommend this company
