I was looked after by Costinel, from Fastlane P&B and he was extremely professional from start to end.
My Mercedes was repaired to perfection and all the works was done so fast, my car was collected and dropped of to a location of my choice. I would recommend Fastlane paint & Body to all my friends & family because their service and work is TOP QUALIY!!! : )

Keep well clear of this garage. They take your money then totally don’t give a toss about you .They also add jobs that they say need doing just to get more money out of you . They say they are RAC recommended ROGUES AND COWBOYS it should be

DO NOT USE THIS BODY SHOP
Sent our x class Mercedes in for a simple front wing and bumper change. Was there 12 weeks with lots of issues , the paint looked like orange peel , lumps in paint , window trim replaced and came back all bent , they damaged the windscreen so replaced it and could not fit the A pillar trims back correctly , cracked touch pad , side sill rubbed down to bare paint , paint missing from bottom of door , over spray on side steps , fitted back a fog light with a hole in it , paint missing from the A pilar where wing was replaced , car washed with acid and damaged all chrome trims and roller back cover , new headlight they fitted failed an mot the day they dropped it off the first time , the second time they insisted they was dropping the truck back if we like it or not and are cancelling the loan van insurance so we had no choice to have it back the issues are still on going with Mercedes customer service and the motor trade ombudsman. So be warned stay clear.
We made an appt for our car to have diagnostics a guy arrived at the house 2 hours later than planned and carried out a test telling us it would have to go into garage then preceeded to sit in his vehicle then he drive off leaving massive oil spillsge on our driveway wevthen had to phone the garage to.see when we could take the car in atvthis point we had paid 180 quid upfront for 5 mins of his time
We took the car to the garage where they said a full diagnostics would be carried out and we paid a further 675 pound before they even looked at our vehicle we phoned numerous times during the day asking for information as to what was happening to be told they were working on it
We felt uneasy out of pocket and didnt know what was happening sonthe next morning we went to the garage our car was on the forecourt they said they couldnt find a fault we were so disappointed worried and concerned they had in total 800 pounds off us and our car was still not fixed we took our car and now have it booked with a vauxhall dealer
I had a funny feeling from the start do not use this garage read the reviews first lesson learnt

I had broken down on the hard shoulder on the M42, after being kept waiting by Volvo Breakdown for 2 1/2 hours on my own, I decided to get the tyre done at Fastlane, we were there after 9pm and they done the work quickly, and I was on my way. They didn't try and rip me, were very professional and I felt safe which was important.

My Mini Cooper left hand side mirror needed to be put back in its correct place, I have tried to contact them via whatsapp, they texted me to send some pictures of the damage of the left hand side mirror they insisted to replace the mirror with a new one and quoted me £850, I replied back if the quotation includes fixing the dents & Scratches but I never heard back from them, so I went somewhere else somewhere else and cost me £500 including dents, scratches and paint
The process of having a courtesy car arranged and repairing the car was very smooth and rapid however, it could have not been possible without the help of Salih Khalil from the Mercedes branch in Loughton. Not only did he mentally reassure me that the car would be fixed in my time of distress, he also kept in touch every week giving me live updates. I believe his professionalism in the working environment should be recognised and celebrated.
These guys are amazing, I had a tyre puncture at 9pm at Sunday night in Nottingham. Called and spoke to Sam who was very polite on the phone and helped me get the tyres following day. He even went to pick up the tyre from Birmingham as it was a special tyre and they couldnt deliver on time, by lunchtime the tyre was fitted and I was back on my way to home.
I would recommend this company to everyone, their price is very competitive and they go that extra mile to make you feel stress free under difficult situations..
Same day service, Following a puncture which made the car undriveable, FASTLANE visited within 4 hours of initial contact, Fitted two new front tyres at a very competitive price. Great comms throughout. Fitting of tyres done with the minimum of fuss and the fitter was polite and courteous. Would use again without hesitation, but for obvious reasons, hope I don't have to! After the first visit, the car looked worse than before. The second visit on the day of collection turned out that the car was not ready again! No contact with the people responsible for all this (total ignorance and lack of respect for the client).
I asked for a diagnostic review as I had a warning light about my tyres. I could not see anything wrong with my tyres so I asked for a diagnostic check.The mechanic checked everything and spotted that my car's computer was showing 15 in wheels when the car was actually fitted with 16 wheels. He corrected the mistake. My car was otherwise in perfect condition which was good to hear.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR CAR HERE FOR BODY REPAIRS!!! I put my full trust in this company because this was a Mercedes approved garage and insurance recommended. They kept my car for one month but when I received the car although they said the job was complete, the tyre and alloy wheel was not replaced yet they were claiming it from the insurance. They had to come to my home address the next day to fix the tyre after complaining which they could've done in five-minutes. Extremely disappointing!!!
I had the misfortune of having a brick thrown at my car by some kids from a bridge. Axa, the insurance company were dreadful to deal with. Their appointed car fixers, Vizion were dreadful to deal with so Mercedes put me in touch with Fastlane who have been nothing but INCREDIBLE. Their service has been second to none and the communications from Ned throughout have been top notch. I'd thoroughly recommend Fastlane and their workmanship on the car has been excellent. Thank you so much for all your help!
I am in utter shock, My car was initially booked with them to get for repairs, the understanding would be that i could cancel anytime. No documents was signed nor was there any mention of anything about should i not wish to proceed with the repair via them that i or my insurance would be penalised, no contract or agreement signed. I was initially advised through Anil that the appointment had been cancelled due to AA offering my Cash in Lieu. I called AA and they cash in lieu settlement to which i agreed, they previously advised they were looking at the possibility. Unfortunately now, they are trying to charge my insurance for parts stating they cannot be returned, although, they are Mercedes bodyshop within there own shop, they state the parts are non returnable, which is complete shock to me, as any other bodyshop or garage are able to return the parts. AA offered me cash in lieu and i accepted, they proceeded, for me to find out a day later that they cannot offer this as Anil from Fastlane sneakily emailed AA they had to pay for the parts. I am disgusted that they have tried to charge AA for parts although no agreement was signed, nor was i ever informed that if i cancel the appointment i would penalised. No money was given in advance either. They are just trying to penalise me for cancelling the job as they are unhappy i did not use them through my insurance. UTTERLY DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR FROM ANIL AT MERCEDES BENZ COLLINDALE.
