I've used this company for my travel money for over 7 years. The currency exchange rates are always favourable and you can add many currencies to the account for spending via the visa card when visiting different countries. duplicated a transaction…
I accidentally duplicated a transaction and emailed to ask for assistance. Agent Sinqobile Khanyile gave a prompt response and clarified my request to cancel the duplicate transaction once I had confirmed that was my requirement she promptly confirmed that the transaction had been cancelled. A great relief to me.

Amazing customer service
I had a very worrying issue with my funds which I didn't realise was partly my fault. When I contacted the team I was dealt with in a very polite and courtious manner, especially by Katie who reasurred me my funds were safe and she really helped put my mind at rest. I do suffer with anxiety and problems like this make me panic terribly but she and the team helped me through it in a very nice professional way.

Amazon Ads - currency exchange issues
