Excellent patience from customer service. Hadn't contacted or used my account for 4 years but they found me and stayed with me till everything was up and running... Not such a common thing nowadays.

The help desk team worked hard to resolve the issue in loading the app onto my new iphone17.
Eventually resolved in series of setting adjustments…shout out to Katie Mckessy-Schofield who stuck to the task

The agent who guided me through the different steps of the operation was extremely helpful and patient. He took care to let me work through the sections on the app at my pace and was very reassuring. He could answer all my questions clearly and knowledgeably. I was able to reactivate the account and top up the card thanks to his help.

I had a problem making a specific payment for two days and sent an email to customer support asking why. I received a reply certainly within two hours telling me what went wrong and how to rectify the problem. I was so very surprised to get a reply so quickly having not had replies from another organisation for weeks. The person who sorted out my problem so quickly is Philani Mthombeni, thanks again for your prompt and helpful reply - excellant service!!!!

The telephone conversation was conducted with quiet professionalism and attention to detail. The courteous manner of Nontokozo Shabangu (Penelope) was a joy to experience and in marked contrast to the majority of telephone conversations I have participated in over the last year or two with other organisations.

Very simple to action some changes via live chat, took approx 5 mins with Nontokozo who was efficient throughout. I’ve always had a great experience with the company, have been with them many years and have no intention of changing.

Had multiple access probs on line but thanx to excellent help from Penelope all was resolved satisfactorily

Had an issue with the card early on Sunday morning in another country. Managed to get through to someone quickly who resolved it. Apparently the card had been blocked. Anyway, I would recommend because they proved they could deal with issues properly.
