Transferred money for my holiday a week before. Staff couldn't be more nonchalant. Kept saying the would email or call me back, never did. Lost thousands of pounds - said it was sent back to my Barclays because i requested a refund - i did not and it was not returned to Barclays. Staff never respond when they say they will. Now had to cancel my flight. Nightmare company, would not recommend.

However, I did call a little later to see if the transfer had been completed, and can only say that Marcus could do with some customer service training from Singobile, he was rude and very dismissive of my concerns.

I had a query on my account. Sinqobile replied promptly to my email, was clear, thorough and went beyond what I asked to ensure I was reassured. I was very impressed, no mean achievement when customer service elsewhere is often so shoddy.
