Reserve un coche con ellos y para la reserva todo muy bien...pero ahora que me quieren estafar con la gasolina ya no se hacen responsables.
Deje el deposito lleno y les envie el extracto de la gasolina y ohhh ahora resulta que eso no vale y me han estafado 56euros.
Ni lo recomiendo ni volvere a contratar nada.

I have used this company for many years and there have never ever been any problems or issues.

From the get go our assistant was friendly and professional. Went out if his way to show us 4 ladies where rhe car was and info on where to put gas in work windshield wipers etc. We felt better after this briefing to begin our trip.
I would definitely use again also convient location.

Everything with reservation and handling went smooth. It is impossible at this point for me to judge how Easyterra operates in case of trouble. I had some very bad experience in the past and noticed that the agent (Happycar) didn't do a thing to help out. Fortunately everything went well and I had good experiences with Easyterra before as well.

alquilé un coche en holanda y a los dos dias se quedó la llave sin pila y no podia arrancar el coche.
3 dias depsues de devolver el coche me cobraron 200€ sin aviso ni justificante.
