Easy, flexible, no hidden cost.

I used easyterra several times and never had any problems with the rental service providers. however I notice that custom arrangements have to be done directly with the rental service provider which are never accounted for or recorded by easyterra. I am referring to late pick-up fees and charges for the vignette ticket. On my last rental I was surprised to pay a vignette ticket of €60 at the rental office in addition to the easy Terra website rental fee. This made a complete difference in the total rental cost when compared to other websites. for me this was a hidden cost which next time I reconsider if I use easyterra or not.
So my proposal is that when confirming the rental contract with easy Terra all costs must be shown in full and do not leave any other costs to be determined by the Rental Company.

Waren opzoek naar een auto, meer dan genoeg opties na onze data te hebben geselecteerd; dus wilden er 1 boeken. Nadat de betaling voor de 6e keer niet lukte toch maar gebeld wat de reden was waarom het niet lukte. Bleek dat er geen auto’s beschikbaar waren… beetje gek dat we dan zoveel opties te zien kregen terwijl we de juiste data en luchthaven hadden geselecteerd. Meneer aan de telefoon was niet zo geduldig en begon ons nogal af te snauwen.. Toch maar via andere site geboekt.

Cancelei a minha reserva há mais de 1 semana da viagem. O cancelamento da reserva era gratuito se fosse realizado com pelo menos 48 horas de antecedência. Ainda não recebi o dinheiro. O meu banco está a tentar reaver o dinheiro.

Do not use this dishonest business. They are not a car rental company. They will steal your money and you will get no car in return. Their so-called customer service will give the runaround and talk over you and be rude. These predators took advantage of us when we were already in an emergency situation and seemed to revel in getting away with another con job and causing immense pain.

Fijne afhandeling goed service, vriendelijk personeel

I booked a car through them with gold star based in Nice France. We were travelling on a Saturday and easyJet canceled the flight out. It was very difficult to contact easy terror to ask them to let Goldstar know that we would be late. When we got to nice 12 hours later gold star had cancelled our booking and easy tera had not contacted them as we requested. So we lost the entire £300 that we spent on booking the car. Obviously this is Goldstars fault as well. In future I will just go and book a car when we arrive or try to do it directly with a reputable hire car company.

I lost my drivers license a day before my travel (sunday) and apparently. They cant refund me, dont ever trust Them they app. Already paid the car rental without even check-in and when i tried explaining that they where closed om the weekend and i couldnt inform Them he was just like i cant do anything for you

Used these guys when we went to Klagenfurt, Austria.

I will never use them again, all the prices (deposit etc) were different on arrival. Do yourself a favour and just go direct with the company!

Ik had voor ons gezelschap van 5 personen bij Easyterra online twee auto's gehuurd op 1 creditcard en betaald (242 euro). Dat dit niet kon werd nergens aangegeven dat merkte ik pas op het vliegveld van Alicante bij de balie van Goldcar waar ik de auto's op moest halen. Daar ontstond een hoop stress vsn zeer onvriendelijke medewerkers en hoorde ik dat ik 1 grotere auto kon huren en dat de 2 andere gecancelled konden worden. Ik huurde een grotere auto voor 450 euro. Terug in Nederland kreeg ik te horen dat ik de 242 euro van de auto's die ik foutief gereserveerd had niet terug krijg. Ze maken je het dus heel makkelijk om iets te reserveren en te betalen maar als het puntje bij het paaltje komt zijn ze heel streng en kan je naar je geld fluiten helaas. Ik had misschien beter kleine lettertjes moeten lezen, maar aan de andere kant is dit gewoon een verdienmodel voor ze, oplichters!

Booked twice with easyterra already. I just love their website. Clean, transparent, easy to navigate. Not spammy, not creating false urgency like other booking sites, you see exactly what you pay for. Feels truly safe to book there.

First time ever with Topcar no questions asked, no deposit needed. Booked a worry free car. Also on return, they only checked the fuel and away we were.

Waarschijnlijk komen veel 5 sterren reviews vanuit het feit dat de echte onderliggende autoverhuurder zijn zaakjes voor elkaar heeft. Maar zodra er iets mis gaat of onduidelijk is dan is er niets meer 'Worry free'.

Klantenservice is echt een lachertje. Ik krijg al 6 weken emails met dat 'klanten service hun hoogste verantwoordelijkheid is', maar er komt geen enkel inhoudelijk antwoord. Bellen heeft geen enkele zin. Je wordt of uit de wachtrij gegooid of wordt door geschakeld naar een slecht Engels sprekend persoon die er niets mee kan. Zelfs na uitdrukkelijk vragen om een NL sprekend persoon krijg je een Engels call center. Vragen om escalatie naar een manager met mandaat helpt niet en je kunt ook geen klacht indienen.

Uiteindelijk ben ik er zelf maar ingedoken en ben er telefonisch en per email uitgekomen met het Noorse verhuurbedrijf (Budget).

Daarvoor boek je toch niet bij een tussenpersoon die claimt dat je bij hen zorgeloos een auto kunt huren ? 'Worry free' ?!? het heeft me ontzettend veel tijd achteraf gekost om iets - wat te voorkomen was - op te lossen.

Jammer, daar heb je helemaal geen zin in als je terugkomt van een leuke reis...
