Been ordering clothing from DRJ for about a decade and dont recall a bad experience

I had paid for 3 day shipping on my order and it was sent regular mail. when asked about it, i was told that the 3 day service was not available and it was fed ex's problem. when asked for a refund for the extra shipping charges I was basically told to F U C K OFF.

I've been buying from Drjays for so many years! I easily bought close to $1500 worth of clothes and shoes!! The few times I've had to contact a representative it went smoothly (thnx Mike). I've put so many friends and coworkers on the site through the years.

This company is a scammer. I placed ONE ORDER. ONE. paid for expedited shipping....on said order ...later I received a call that 2/3 of my items could NOT be expedited. So I said oh then please cancel order BECAUSE the reason I paid for expedited was for those two items. The other item was an after thought but. So they tell me no problem...it's cancelled. Didn't get a confirmation so then I went to chat to make sure. They also said ORDER has been cancelled. So I was like cool. Later I get an email that my order is on its way....I was confused...it was the 3rd item that was like a 20 dollar thing.... expedited!!!! So obviously I emailed them. No response. I finally go to chat ...and they want to send me a return label. Even though it was the same person that had CANCELLED my order. She remembered. Why would anyone split the order. I even told her the story about the other two items being the ones I needed expedited. They knew what they were doing. They wanted to keep the shipping. Insanity. She said return item...but shipping cost we can't refund. Even though it was her mistake. Why would I cancel the order...and they go and split it?!! BEWARE. Horrible communication, transparency and service.

Ordered my son 2 pairs of shorts. Our first time from this company. They are nice and fresh. My son really liked them. However, the material of the pockets are a little thin. Wish they could have been made a little better. This is his 2nd time using and they are already coming apart.

This company is a complete rip-off!!! I wear a 4xl but ordered 5xl just in case and the products were more like 2xl-3xl even though hey say U.S.A sizes the products are Chinese-European sized. I also did not receive items with no response from customer service. Over $300 wasted but lesson learned. Save your money the products fall apart easily also.

I don't know other people's experience but I had a really good experience. There are a lot of negative reviews. But my shirt came before it was due to come. And it was just a great experience.

I do not know what happened here I use to order from this website all the time. It has been about a year since my last order. I Hope everything goes through OK. If not I did use PayPal & PayPal will ship your order back free. I also used my credit card on PayPal so I have insurance just in case the cloths do not arrive or are not as described.

I would give them zero stars!!! Cheap Asian size clothes!!! Purchase 5 items for my brother, size 5xl... fitted like a 3xl, since it’s Covid and he tried on the clothes, he decided to wash them before giving them away.... well it shredded!! Ripped sweatpants!!! Cold, gentle cycle!!!

I purchased several tracksuits that were advertized as made my Makobi, but they are not. They were fakes and made in possibly China as all the treads are coming out. Just horrible. I notified Drjays about this, and told them my thoughts, but the email I sent them was ignored.

This company suck ass they steal lie and scam I've bought a jacket and hat for my son and they I've spke with multiple people tara,mike preston,and all of them did no help they canceled my order took my money tried to charge me twice (luckily I can lock my card) never gave me a refund lied about giving me a refund and lied about me paying saying it failed on there end but says completed on mines which it it was it would say pending or declined I've asked to speak to a manager over 5 times with different people and still never received my items smh this was for my son he picked it out and everything this make me look so bad but I'll find a way to make it up to him dont support this company at all

DrJays is horrible company. PLEASE I REPEAT PLEASE DONT SPEND MONEY WITH IS COMPANY!! THEY'RE THIEVES! AND FRAUDS !!! They lied about my refund and one of the representatives name TARA was very disrespectful! Then Preston told me he was the manager which he lied about it and refused to tell the truth! I been waiting for my orders since Christmas 2020. They cancelled my orders without notify me. Then when I asked for a refund they sent me messages saying they refunded me already but it's now February 1st 2021. I called my bank my bank doesn't see any transactions being made of a refund on their end. I am highly disappointed. Ill just start back shopping with Eastbay Champs Foot Locker ect, because this company is a piece of sh**. The whole company is trash and all the representatives need to find a better job.

I was a bit s nervous ordering after reading reviews. However made order and all recieved to the UK around a week later. All items as advertised no problems

I made two separate orders before chrismas, supposed to be my chrismas gift, worths or $210 for both orders. I track my orders till the day they posted it to he deliver, I waited all day so I can hide them away and recieve them. Till it finally said delivered. They never did came. Called no response, exchanged two email till 1 month and a few days later they actually emailed me that ups confirmed delivery. So its my lost. So, I just want to give others idea of my experience. Order at your own risks..

I have been purchasing from dr. jays since 2014 and every time I have had no issues. Even 2020 Christmas ordering last minute, I received my orders with no problems and on time. Love the fashion and thank you Dr. Jays.

Okay i have ordered countless times, I hate their high shipping but they have all the trendy fashion, So i come again LOL....But i placed a big Christmas order for my two sons & husband...My husbands jean jacket is to big, Now its not their fault about that but i dont have the package slip anymore so i called....They aren't taking phone calls TF, but taking Money (That should be illegal)...I have e-mailed them 4 times with zero response NO COMPANY IS THAT BUSY. So im good off ordering until i can speak to customer service.

I recently ordered off of DrJays website, I paid for USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day shipping). It’s been about 5 days already and my package has not moved once. I emailed DrJays customer support, it’s been 2 days and I never got a reply. I would love a refund from the shIpping (USPS Priority Mail).

I made an order for xmas way back in Nov. Still no package or provided any shipment data. 888 number does not work so you have to go fight for your product via email, with little or no success in satisfaction. I am so sorry I bought from this company or scam people. Save your money and buy from a trusted site

I recently made a large purchase with this company and I have issues with being sent the wrong sizing and not only that a hole in one of the pockets in the joggers that I purchased. contacting customer service via there 800 number doesn’t work. You are forced to speak to somebody on live chat via the website. The names that come up are Alex Or susie. Doesn’t matter what time of day what day you sign in to speak to representative these are the names that pop up.(robots)?I had asked to speak to a manager they told me would take 24 to 48 hours it’s been four days no manger. When I try to log back in online to speak to representative I am abruptly disconnected from a live chat the representatives don’t want to speak to me. One of the items I ordered was a 2xl T-shirt and received a large. My second T-shirt I purchase was a 2XL and I received a 3XL. Then to top that off one of the pants that I have ordered has a complete hole in the pocket. I have a live video screen recording of when I try to speak to a representatives, that I am abruptly disconnected. I guess this is common practice at this company. Your money is taken. They ship what they want. Treat you like TRASH And your shiiit out of luck. My order #9462672 Not to mention as I have sent several emails to the actual domain email provided on their website and yet no response.

orrible on line shopping experiences but I tried dr jays an it's been all good from start until 15 or so orders later same great service an products I don't normally give reviews an if it's a way for you to fact check that by all means you won't find me nowhere but I just wanted to say thank you an if you base your shopping on reviews then my personal experience is more like ten stars keep up the good work most appreciated 👍🏿👍🏿
