I love the company been dealing with them since 2014 and have never had a complaint at all never had to ask for a refund or call customer for anything at all so it is hard for me to understand any of the reviews being anything but ☆☆☆☆☆ based on my dealings with them

My son wanted a new style for school an of course Dr. Jays made that happen each pair of pants make a statement! We absolutely love this website an will continue to shop here !! So should you ! I promise u will not regret it 💛💛💛💛💛💛💛

I have placed several orders from Dr Jays and every single order and item has been of superior quality. I hadn't initially heard of the website and was hesitant at first. Well I took a chance and have been pleasantly surprised with every order. Take a chance.

My experience is that this company do not value their customers in no kind of way. You are responsible to pay for shipping for an return, no exchange. Nothing to accommodate a customer that shops ongoing. Customer Service chats with you with an I do not care vibe. Overall do I like the clothing, yes and no long wait for delivery. When you spend over 200 dollars an order each time or more you would think they would have more empathy for how they make customer feel also the concerns as a customer of your order. , the return shipment fee would be more you spent on an shirt .
Just my thoughts and why I haven’t shopped since.

Very unhappy customer been years I have purchasing at this store I just recieved my fiance jacket that was $100 was his birthday gift which he was wearing on his birthday and was peeling in 1 wear.I reached out to customer service they said I would have to get in touch with manufacturer company they dont have information other then the name

I had a small issue while making a purchase. Within minutes I got a call from Larry, A manager at Dr. Jay's. He was knowledgeable about what happened to me and immediately corrected my issue. He was kind and very professional. This is customer service at its best. I work hard for my money, and it's good to see people who care enough about their company to remember that sales needs people to thrive. Larry is the reason I will continue to shop at Dr. Jay's. Thanx Larry.

Beware stay far away from this company they are crooks....I send a coat back cause it didn't fit...I keep calling them about my refund they send me a email after haviing the coat back in they possession saying my bank was refusing the refund I called my bank and let them know wat dr jays crooked scamming ass was saying about them rejecting my refund my bank said they were lying we would never reject a refund i already knew they was lying cause my bank never reject a refunds my bank said that sound like a fraud company and they file a claim so i can get my money back please be aware of this scamming ass company u wond get your refund unless u file a claim with your bank. I also reported them 2 better business bureau they need 2 be put out of business stealing ppl money they also told me they don't give shipping back and am in charge of paying 2 ship it back..they stole my money and tgey got the coat back dr jays is a fraudulent company dont never order from they scamming asses

I'm going to do a test since I see so many bad reviews I'm going to order from this place I'm going to record and videotape the whole process if anything goes wrong I'm going to post it and let everybody see it for what it is cuz I see a lot of people, I don't know if they're fake reviews from the store giving themself good reviews with people saying I don't understand why people are giving bad reviews obviously there's a lot more bad reviews than there is good reviews so let's test this and see how it works out

Placed a order for a Jean outfit October 7th received a email my order was placed . 30 mins later got another email saying thanks for your order . I look at the order number it’s two different order numbers for the same item I then check led my credit card and seen my card was authorized for 2 different amounts that I didn’t know nothing of I then contact dr jays and told them my card was charged for something or didn’t order and to cancel the order then the. Replied saying it’s to late the item was already shipped and once it arrives to send second item back and stated I wouldn’t get shipping back I argued why should I pay for something I never ordered to make matters worse I ending up finding out their website glitches and still sends out orders even if it’s issues with your address . So customer service told me then like this was ok so then my card gets charged again for a smaller amount o don’t recognize I ended up putting a claim in with my credit card company because I thought someone was doing fraudulent things with my card buying stuff from dr jays so then I end up finding out it was dr jays trying to still charge me for the full amount of a item o never ordered and I sent the item back and it was delivered October 26th I talked to Mike over at dr jays he said they needed proof that I took off the charge back and they will send my money right away so I sent a letter to them showing it was room off next thing you know they tell me it takes 2 weeks to process a return. It has now been over 30 days since the 26th of October and about to be 2 months in 8 days that I haven’t received my refund . I had to be another claim in with my credit card company to go after them so I can get my damn money back. I will never order another thing from them again and to top it off this was my first purchase from them and this is is they handled me. Someone need to be fired for this foolishness they put me through. I do not recommend anyone to order from them because they have issues with their websites and they will charge your card multiple times

IT IS NOW DECEMBER 14th IT 60 DAYS FOR ME TO GET MY REFUND BACK. NEVER SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL. THE FEMALES WHO WORK HERE ARE CLUELESS AND DONT KNOW HOW TO GIVE THE RIGHT DETAILS TO PEOPLE WHO HAVE ISSUES

Placed an order. Paid over $30 for expedited shipping. Next day received an email stating that the particular item I purchased was not eligible for next day shipping. Cool. MIKE in customer told me that I would be refunded in 3-5 days. COOL. Time passes….past 3-5 days. I call back and luckily I spoke with MIKE in customer service again. He states that shipping hasn’t actually canceled the order. It was only canceled in customer service. He told me that it would be another 10 days before I would receive my refund. I told him that was unacceptable and that is not what I was told when I first called to cancel the order. He went on to tell me “LOOK, I COULD HAVE BLOWN YOU OFF AND NOT HAVE EVEN PROCESSED THE CANCELLATION!!!” I am furious!!! This was CUSTOMER SERVICE I was speaking with and this is what I was told!!! I will NEVER shop with this business again. Myself nor my family. I will tell everyone I know about this experience and discourage them from shopping!!!

I LOVE DrJays..... I've been ordering from this company since my oldest daughter was 6... She's now 24! I've had another 2 kids since then with a 3 year old now. Just ordered about $600.00 worth of clothing just 3 days ago,and my order has been correct and exact every time!! My orders always come within 2 days and if not they still arrive on time. I don't understand what these ppl are talking about. I will always continue to be a loyal customer to them as long as they stay true on their side. Either way, I'll continue to shop with them for nice, affordable clothing

I ordered 3 pairs of jeans from this company. I have read the plethora of bad reviews and I cannot fathom why these are there. I have not had a problem with the timely manner they send their products in, nor am I dissatisfied with that they send me. I have only gotten compliments and good reviews.

I order my son’s jeans off here been order for a year or two now the jeans I purchased did not fit so i sent them back usps tried several times to deliver the package no one was at the warehouse so eventually i reached out to customer service they told me someone will go get the package from the post office after 2 weeks they did and still have not received my refund its been a whole 6 weeks so I’ll never order from them again the process of getting your money back is horrible

I ordered a pair of women's size 8 Baby Phat brand running shoes and I got a pair of men's size 8 Sasha brand running shoes that were three sizes too big for me. When I told the customer service agent they were the wrong, he told me it was the right shoe and they just accidentally made the listing wrong on the website. The website shoe picture wasn't even what they sent me either. So he was pretty much trying to tell me that they sent me the right wrong shoes. I had to tell him twice what happened cuz he didn't take my side the first time and tried to make me send them back and pay for return shipping. Like, what?

Awful experience.
First and last time I purchase from this company. The package arrived, several items missing. I contacted customer service via chat. The agent Shelic was uncooperative and requested information from me that he could easily find on his side. Now they say they will take 7 days to "investigate". Total incompetents, total ripoff.

after reading all these NEGATIVE reviews i think i will only order cheap hats off here if anything...not tryna go out bad like most folks im seeing on here

I called and asked about a order, service member said it was delivered to my front door, told them I don’t receive a package. They told me they’re going to talk to the shipping company and have the shipper come talk to me. I wondering how is that going to resolve my issue, plus it’s going to take up to 7 days for an investigation. I didn’t take 7 days for them to take my money. I’ll never shop with Dr.Jays again. I didn’t feel like I’ve been taken care of, got the feeling I’m going to be out my money.

So I've been ordering from drjays.com for about 3 years now. I recently ordered a few mitchell and ness clothes and also makobi. I've read reviews of ppl saying that they sell fake chinese knockoffs. Well I did my own investigation. I called Mitchell and ness customer service and also makboi customer service. Both confirmed that they do Distribute clothes to drjays. I haven't had any problems I always get my orders.

I'm giving drjays.com 3 stars bc the shipping process it takes almost 2 weeks to get your order.

Nike ships all the way from TN and I get my shipments within a few days.

Drjays please do better with shipping

I bought 200 in clothes the next day I get a email asking me to contact my bank to find out the small amount they took out my account so I can tell them the small amount before they send me my clothes,so they can kiss my ass don't have time to play there games I canceled my order and been 7 days and haven't seen money back yet be aware
