Clothes dope but the shipping is horrible. Paid for overnight shipping two days ago and still haven’t shipped my stuff. I try to order in bulk because shipping is that bad

Ordered product that did not fit and that had a whole in the product where it looks like the stitching didn't go all the way through. Had to pay for shipping which sucks but it is what it is only to be told that I was going to receive store credit. But there return policy online clearly states I would be refunded how I paid.

The company is a joke. I ordered a dozen shirts using the same size I do everywhere, and when I received the shirts they were skin tight, whereas the size is normally baggy on me. I noticed that what was sent was not what I ordered. I ordered 3x shirts which is a Plus size under the big and tall section, and I received 3xl. They sound like the same size but they are not. 3x is larger and is 54-56 inches around the chest, while these were barely 50 inches. I sent the shirts back and had to incur $25 in shipping. I asked for consideration with the return shipping because the shirts were not what was advertised. Not only did they reject my request but they also kept $15 from from the return, because they don't care that they incorrectly list sizes on their website.

After ordering 9 items, I had to return the entire order because the clothing items were NOT the size they claim. I'm a big & tall guy so I have to make sure to measure for accuracy, when I got the clothes they were all too small! I wear these sizes everyday! To add insult to injury, they DO NOT assist with the cost to return! It cost me $50 to ship this stuff back! So don't go wild and spend a lot of money and have to return stuff because YOU will pay the cost! I will definitely not be a return customer!

I asked for an address change 10 min after placing the order on the website. They said it was too late to make any modification as the order was already shipped which obviously is impossible.

I don’t kno why their reviews aren’t all that great foreal because I just ordered four hats about 4 days ago and just got them .. the hats arrived in perfect condition and shipping was super quick !! Definitely buying again .. and the prices weren’t as bad as other places either !! Dr jays is definitely legit asf ..

Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing from this company. I bought a jumpsuit and had it for 10 min. I tried it on and the sizing was WAY off. The crotch to the shoulders was so short (I have a very short torso/long legs) and the jumpsuit runs up the crotch so tight you can't even wear it.

In order for me to exchange, I need to pay for return shipping. When all is said/done and paying for shipping/return on the first item, PLUS shipping on the second item, I am paying almost $40.

Terrible policy, poorly manufactured item and now I'm just out $45 since I won't give this company any more of my money.

Save your money. Don’t bother with these guys. For one your going to get nailed with customs and duties into your country. I order clothes all the time from companies and all of them will reimburse you for the duties, but that’s not the worst of it. I know damn well I clicked a 38x32 pair of jeans and they sent me a 48x32. I had to pay the exchange rate plus 30% tax to bring them into my country plus shipping. They do not cover ANY costs and this day and age most places do. Then I had to pay 28$ to ship them back. And all I wanted was a pair of jeans in the size I ordered. They said they only make the jeans 42 and up. I said ok. Send me a different pair in my size. They said all they would do is give me a 32$ store credit. I would have to pay shipping and taxes all over again. They refused to mark it as a exchange. They refused to help me find a pair I may like. I am a business owner and I bend over backwards to make sure my customers are taken care of. These guys don’t give a damn about you. Once they have your card number that’s all they care about. Customer service is terrible. Trust me people. Lost of places to buy clothes from. DO NOT waste your time with this company. I can’t see them staying in business for much longer treating clients like this

I had issues before with this company but I love there product I shop and buy here often but I want to give a big shoutout to Mike today he was the only one that got my issues resolved really big help I appreciate the help today if I can talk to Mike anytime I had issue I know my results would be great thanks Mike big shoutout to you man for helping me I will continue to shop with you guys

False advertisement, I ordered a 5xl big and tall denim jacket, it was at least 2 sizes too small, maybe three, tight on my arms and chest, couldn’t come close to buttoning up. Size chart says 5x is 58-61 inches across chest…WRONG!!! Site says free returns but customer is responsible for shipping fee on returns and non refundable. Why should I lose on returning your product that isn’t close to accurate. First buy and last buy. Never again

Scam products. The quality is horrible and nothing is true to size. You will end up with a order full of sizes designed for japan and europe. LOL if you look at the policy for trying to return items you are better offf just taking the L and selling the stuff cause otherwise expect them to never recieve it or process your refund.

I ordered two pair of shoes from here. Both arrived in a timely manner and I'm very satisfied with the items I bought. I own an online store myself, so the shipping method they choose is UPS, they are quite an expensive shipping company, hence why the shipping charge is a lot if you buy the minimum amount on their website.

This place is a huge scam. They charge way to much it’s not a deal on the site do your research. Also they have no customer service other then 2 ppl so that says something.

I was an active customer from 2009 until 2017 when the Company changed management. My package was opened in transit in Kentucky on the way to Swiss. Because I am a recognized and respected customer of FedEx, Internal investigation reveals that an empty box of Shoes was sent from the USA. It took 6 months for Dr.Jays to give me an alternative exchange. Moreover, it appeared as Dr.Jays is profiting from expensive shipping.
