Great Customer Service!
Mattress purchased was of high quality, good delivery service and staff in store were friendly and helpful. After purchasing item in store I saw same mattress on the Dreams website with free delivery for £100 less. The company then kindly reduced my bill to match the price. I was very pleased with the customer service so would buy from Dreams again and recommend this company to others.

Great service. The sales assistants were very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Went in to have a look and came out with a mattress.

Delivery was very good came before the time they had stated they also took all rubbish away and put the bed up everyone was very polite and efficient no complaints would definitely recommend people to use them

Burnley store.... Great staff, Very knowledgeable, Was not rushed into making any 'rash' purchase, Got exactly what I wanted/needed. P.S... Made good coffee.
Only real 'downside' is/was the quoted delivery time of just over four weeks, so 9/10. but still 5* service at point.

Fantastic customer service. Would never go anywhere else. Knowledgeable staff and quality products for reasonable prices. Great choice of products and found the Sleepmatch service to be very beneficial
