Dissapionted on the fact on a previous bed and mattress which is exactly the softness required,after my purchase this time I purchased a single mattress,I made it clear I wanted a dreams mattress like the last one,?your manager said that dreams do not do that mattress anymore? I've been back yesterday and I would have had to buy a TEMPAR MATTRESS,WHICH WAS GOING TO BE AN ADDITIONAL £1100 POUNDS WHICH I CANNOT AFFORD, YOUR MANAGER WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL,BUT I FEEL THAT I'VE WASTED MY TIME AND MONEY ON SOMETHING SOMETHING THAT IS NOT RIGHT FOR MY COMFORT,AS I WANTED THE SAME MATTRESS LIKE THE OTHER ONE, REGARDS BRIAN STEVENS

If I could have given 0 stars then I would . Horrendous experience with Dreams . My bed ( which cost £2000 ) arrived 2 completely obvious different colours . I immediately contacted Dreams customer service and they couldn't care less . The bed was delivered last Wednesday its now Monday and still no call back from Dreams . AVOID. BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE . Customer service is a joke !!!!

I am sorry that the bed and drop in adjustable bed are different in colour. They are not made to match as the adjustable feature is also a standalone bed. This is confirmed on our website.
In order to review the issues, you are referring to, I did try to call you but could not reach you and then followed up via email.

Explained what type of bed I had in mind & the store manager showed us options online, found just what I wanted. Delivery was arranged, then changed to a more suitable date to suit us with no problems. Delivery team kept us informed of time slot, bed installed & all packaging removed. Team very friendly & helpful. Thoroughly recommend this company
