Went into the store only expecting to browse for a new bed and mattress. I had been eyeing one mattress but hadn’t fully committed to making a decision, and the colleague, Steve, had suggested I try their sleepmatch. He recommended a pillow and I went around trying the sleepmatch suggestions and one of those suggestions was the mattress I had been eyeing. Trying the mattress with the pillow made me knew I wanted to buy a bed, mattress and even a pillow that day, so I walked out the store with all those things. The staff were super friendly, helpful, Steve gave me a drink whilst I decided and plenty of time to think, and even though I was in there for so long they were helpful the whole way through.

A visit to Dreams Bournemouth resulted in us leaving with a mattress and 2 amazing pillows. We were greeted instantly by a member of the team named Kieran. We used the sleep machine to narrow a few choices down. Our first recommendation was the mattress we like so chose that. Kieran had amazing product knowledge, showed us around and we never felt pressured. Very friendly and helpful team. Delivery was within 4 days of us purchasing. The Delivery team were prompt and coummunication was great. We are super happy with our new matress and pillows- ( Tempur cooling) best pillows ever!!

From the showroom it was great that someone knew what he was talking about about. He is a credit to dreams. I highly recommend them
