Delivered on time, very polite delivery men, bed was as ordered.

Met an honest guy who gave us all the information we needed and time to make our minds.

He made our dreams come true.

We had a really good sales experience. We were very well looked after by the salesman and he was informative and helpful guiding us through the available mattresses. The after sales options were well presented. The order was delivered on time and as agreed.

I had previously looked on line at your store so pretty much knew what I wanted, however I arrived at the store with my daughter and 4 year old grandson and was immediately welcomed by a member of staff called Siobhan. Siobhan was very welcoming and asked my daughter and I if we would like a drink, then asked how she could help us. I showed her the screenshot of the bed I thought I would like and said I would like a really good mattress, Siobhan proceeded to take us to a very good mattress and asked us to lie down on it to try it out, she left us in peace for 5 minutes to chat amongst ourselves. When she returned she escorted us upstairs to view the bed I wanted to see in the flesh. The bed was everything I'd hoped for, then we came to do the serious bit (pay) Siobhan showed us some pillows which were amazing, and I asked for a mattress protector, we were fetched one right away. Siobhan gave us an amazing deal on all these products and the transaction went very smoothly, I would recommend Dreams to anyone, it was a great experience also my grandson wanted to stay and lie on the bed, he said to me, Nanna I want to sleep here tonight please...so Thank you Dreams and a BIG thank you to Siobhan for your attentiveness and help, you sure do know what you are talking about.. I'm new to bournmouth and went to get some metressess from the store and the
Assisted staff member of the store was really good to me even though I'm a foreigner.
He explained everything, respected my requirements, explained about new promotions, and arranged free delivery
As early as possible.
My experience was really amazing and I'm thankful for the staff.
Unfortunately, i can't remember the name of the staff member, who helped me on that day.

Took my elderly parents (80s) to buy new matress for bed.
Young man at the Bournemouth depot, think his name was Kiren, very polite and helpful.
They were made to lie on a computerised bed which informs us which sort of matress are best, then go to lie on those types of matress to see which was best.
This was very tiring for my mum who get tired rather quickly.
Got the usual sales speel and my dad got a very good deal.
Came to pay, new system comps are down, they will phone next day.
Both parents hard of hearing so I had card details and some lady phoned me next day. This one didn't give me the deal Kiren had arranged with my dad but a bigger price. (I didn't know)
We arranged a date for the beds to be delivered and I thought that was it.
No. I had an email telling me the date for the delievery was wrong and it would be a day later.
Since then I have been in contact with the company who have apologised for all this misdemeanours. They paid us back the money, meaning that the original agreement was met and when I said that the pillows they had brought they didn't like they arranged a replacement for them.
Hopefully their computer system is now sorted out and things will run more smoothly.

The Sleepmatch assessment and guidance from a well informed sales consultant made this a hassle free experience. Siobhan took time for me to consider the advice and made the choice of bed and mattress within my price range a great outcome. I highly recommend the Dreams experience and the cup of tea was an added bonus.

We used the mattress measuring device and were given several options. One of these we chose. Delivery was quicker than expected (less than 10 days). The delivery men were very careful of our property and even put shoe covers on when entering the house each time.
The storeroom assistant was helpful but not pushy.

Amazing service from start to finish, friendly informative sales staff Kieran and kind, helpful delivery crew Steve plus 1. Was expecting a nightmare (nothing ever happens as it’s supposed to since Covid) but it all ran like clockwork. Dads 90 with Alzheimer’s so it was very important to get this done without too much distress. I really cannot thank Dreams enough. PS their sleep analysing/sleep position machine made it so easy for someone who can’t choose what type of bed they need. It’s a big Win for us
