The way were treated by the staff from the moment we entered the shop to the time we departed. Also having used the bed since it was delivered has been so comfortable and the nights sleep has been so much better for the both of us.

Your sales man was brilliant with me , he's a credit to your company. You can't buy a mattress online, ridiculous you need to try them. I could of brought the same mattress on line for £500less. So you are expensive. A lot of people will try your beds and then buy elsewhere

Choosing a Mattress at DREAMS…
With so many products to choose from we could have been overwhelmed, but the salesman explained the process of how to choose our mattress and walked and talked us through it very well indeed. He has been well trained and showed his knowledge brilliantly. We did not feel pressured at all but well looked after by a very polite and competent young man. The technology DREAMS have for helping to find the customer's perfect mattress is excellent, and something we have never experienced before. We came away feeling well looked after and actually said as we left the shop that we have never had that level of customer service before. Well done DREAMS and thank you.
