Happy with my new mattress and the delivery men were very helpful.

Sales assistant pushy. Went into aberdeen store at berryden to look at new beds. Picked bed no problem. But the sales assistant wanted me to buy a mattrass which was over and above my budget. She would not budge to look for a cheaper one kept saying that is the mattrass you need for your specifications with result no purchase made. We never bought that day. But went into union square today different dreams store and got lovely sales assistant most helpful and we made an order today as was very happy with the salesman today.

This was second time when I purchased from Dreams. Every time my experience was great and I am very happy with my purchase. Very professional and helpful staff.

Just had a weekend at the caravan, the bed was just perfect. My wife filled the compartment with spare bedding and she was very pleased. Next morning we both agreed that we had a better nights sleep than the old bed. Just perfect.

This review is long overdue but I hope better late than never, Ronnie in Dreams Kittybrewster store was amazing and so helpful to me, he has the patience of a saint as it literally took me hours to decide what I wanted, and even then my decision was in large part thanks to Ronnie's advice.

Ronnie was upfront and friendly, and at no point did I feel rushed to make my choice, such a great shopping experience and everything was covered including things I didn't even know I should consider.

Thanks so much Ronnie for all your help and for making what could have been a tedious experience a dream.

After years of never really getting that proper comfy mattress we spent some time weighing up comfort against cost and with help and location of our local Dreams store in Aberdeen we finally found a conpromise. All staff were spot on . No pushy sales and always at hand if we did need a question answered. Morag whom finalised our sale was very knowledgeable and efficient. Can't fault the store and staff and hopefully we have found the mattress that suits our comfort.
