From the moment my husband and I…
From the moment my husband and I entered the store,we were served by Ewan who was very helpful and informative without feeling any pressure in picking the right mattress and bed base.
The two guys who delivered bed were very respectful of our home and wore covers over their shoes without me having to tell them.
All in a first class service from Dreams,and we love our new bed.
Would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

We visited the Dreams store in Aberdeen on Sunday afternoon, despite we pulled the trigger at 16:52 and the store was closing at 17:00, the store assistant was happy to provide the service. We purchased the bed on that day with scheduled delivery for Friday.
Delivery and assembly service was professional, two gentlemen were wearing shoe protectors and assembled the bed quickly. Communication throughout the whole process was spot on.
The only gripe would be the price Dreams' pricing, but unfortunately, this is an aspect that cannot be overcome.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Good finance options. I felt confident in purchasing 3 quality mattresses. Delivery and recycling was very good too.

We were left in peace to browse the large range of mattresses but the staff were nearby if we needed any help. The staff were very helpful and not pushy like some stores. The delivery was on time and the delivery men were very pleasant.

Superb service!
Recently bought a bed from Dreams in Kittybrewster We were very pleased with the service we got. Our assistant (Morag) was lovely - friendly and knowledgeable. She guided through the whole process and helped us to find the right bed. We didn't feel she was rushing us or pushing us into buying one. As a result the bed we bought is just right It's extremely comfortable and both of us are sleeping all night long! So pleased!

Loved the whole experience.
Loved the machine for calculating body mass and sleep patterns. This seems to have worked perfectly in getting the best mattress for us. The shop assistant was excellent and spent a lot of time answering questions and giving us information and recommendations on the various choices matched to our requirements. The delivery was as promised, on time, and efficiently carried out, with great regards for our decor and carpets.

Good communication about delivery also great 2hour time slots.
Down side was No information given that the delivery doesn't exclude assembly.
Assembly is a cost of £40
Fortunately I was there with my 92year old mother to take delivery of the bed so was able to assemble for her.
