Staff were lovely and helpful .There was no rush they left us to look round in our own time until we had made our choice and then stepped in to help .

The assistant was very helpful giving all the information from how the computerised bed worked to giving us the mattresses that were suitable for us - also suggested pillows again gave us ones she thought were suitable.

The product we wanted arrived in 6 days ,as promised , delivered at the time they said , to our front door by cheery and helpful chaps .
Also , it was already assembled , which was a bonus!
And it was exactly what we’d been looking for , not always the case nowadays .
All remarkably smooth and easy. Thank you .

Wonderful sales lady, Glasgow accent. We knew exactly what we wanted, and budget. She showed us options within our criteria.
We went and looked at another store. We were in/out in 5 mins. The kids working there were more interested in yapping to each other.
Back we went to dreams. The atmosphere in the store was warm and welcoming, without being in your face. Knowledge of the products were second to none.
In all honesty we probably could have bought a cheaper mattress online. We bought because of your wonderful sales lady. She talked us through every step, recommended extra products. And was enthusiastic about the positive 100 day return.
We had instructions about delivery. Which the delivery drivers followed to a tee. They were super quick and efficient. Lovely lads.

We had a great experience in the Dreams store at Kittybrewster in Aberdeen where we found a great new mattress and pillows which will be delivered in 5 days. There was money off, a free duvet and 2 pillows and interest free credit.

We (Husband & myself) needed a new bed for my Mums spare room so that we could comfortably stay nights with her. She is 89 and lives alone, but the gentlemen who delivered our order made her instantly feel at ease! They treated her house with respect, built the bed, put the mattress on and took away all the wrapping. She called after they left and said she wished more delivery people were like that. She'd actually had a great laugh with the men and it was so nice to hear her praising your staff! Thank you for treating my Mum so well. Thats our 2nd King-size bed purchase from Dreams, and I hope it won't be our last. The staff in the actual shop are so lovely too. They take their time to make sure you get the best deal and product you need. I'd highly recommend the shop and delivery staff.
