I love the way they helped us to find the best mattress we needed.

This review is long overdue but I hope better late than never, Ronnie in Dreams Kittybrewster store was amazing and so helpful to me, he has the patience of a saint as it literally took me hours to decide what I wanted, and even then my decision was in large part thanks to Ronnie's advice.

Ronnie was upfront and friendly, and at no point did I feel rushed to make my choice, such a great shopping experience and everything was covered including things I didn't even know I should consider.

Thanks so much Ronnie for all your help and for making what could have been a tedious experience a dream.

After years of never really getting that proper comfy mattress we spent some time weighing up comfort against cost and with help and location of our local Dreams store in Aberdeen we finally found a conpromise. All staff were spot on . No pushy sales and always at hand if we did need a question answered. Morag whom finalised our sale was very knowledgeable and efficient. Can't fault the store and staff and hopefully we have found the mattress that suits our comfort.

We decided to purchase a new mattress. We were specific in looking at the Sealy range of mattresses due to past experience. Dreams were one of the businesses selling the product we wanted. The service was great, we did use the two beds and the system to determine best suitable comfort of the mattress. We decided on the recommended mattress after the trial and now after a few weeks of sleeping on the mattress have been very pleased with our choice.

Delivery & build guys where spot on and job done double quick.

Delivery people refused to take the packages to the destination room, regardless of what they guaranteed me.

Got a new mattress from dreams as our old one needed to be replaced, staff were friendly and helpful and talked us through everything we needed to know and what type of mattress we can get.

Used the virtual experience and tried various mattresses before deciding which one suited best

Delivery was exactly the date they said it would be delivered

Bought a super king adjustable bed complete with mattresses, received wrong base, advised shop who organised replacement (Good) however the mattresses were also wrong as these left a gap at head board so pillow would slip down, had to push mattress up towards head board every night to prevent this.
called shop again ad told the situation, was assured that the mattresses that we had were correct and there had to be a gap to allow adjustment of bed up and down, i accepted this as being correct as i knew nothing about beds and working. Now i understand that this is some time later however my wife wanted to change her mattress as she wished for an orthopaedic mattress, we visited another shop to discuss this and was told that the mattresses were the wrong size, these should have been 6'6" and not what was on which was 6'3" he also explained that these should be held tighter in-between the brackets this was why I had to always push the mattress up to head board. at that time I was not aware there were longer mattresses but again was told that the 6'6" mattresses are more expensive than the regular 6'3" mattresses. I contacted Dreams to discuss and so happened to get the same member of staff that had sold me the bed, I gave him the description and number I had for the mattress from my invoice and he confirmed that this was a 6' 6" mattress, I then told him my issue and he immediately went on the defensive and denied that he had talked to me and could not recall conversations, refused to help and told me to contact customer care (25mins waiting time on phone!!) they called me back and after discussing I was told that to much time had passed. so basically they sold me one size and gave me a different size and are refusing to refund the difference, I am not expecting them to change the mattress out after this time but it is clear on the invoice that I paid for 6'6" and you can see I received 6'3"mattresses so why not reimburse the difference?
Disgraceful behaviour never again......

When I walked in I was left for 5 minutes at least just to browse around, then asked if I needed any help and just to ask any staff member when I was ready. Euan was very helpful indeed, he helped me choose the right mattress for me and was warm and friendly every step of the way. If I wasn’t Happy about anything then he would try and find an alternative solution. Would certainly use Dreams again to purchase my next mattress
