Poor Experience
Order for doors placed on 17/10/25 with doors advertised with estimated delivery of 2-3days. Doors finally arrived on 6/11/25 (almost 3weeks later) despite being advised they had been fully dispatched on 23/10/25. Overall very disappointed with service and lack of communication from Door Superstore on this one.

Length of wait for a refund…..
Before ordering the doors in august the website said I could expect delivery with 2-3 days, I then received an E-mail telling me that they were not expecting delivery into them until November and they made their apologies.
I waited until the end of October and had still not received a delivery date so I e-mailed them and asked for a refund. They responded immediately and said once the accounts department had organised it I would receive a confirmation e-mail and I could expect the refund in 3-5 business days.
After 10 days I still had not heard anything from them.
I sent another e-mail and again they replied promptly apologising that I had not received my refund.
They again stated exactly the same information they had given me in the first place.
I responded that I felt it was unacceptable to have to wait another length of time and asked them to get in touch with their accounts department to expedite my refund.
I have heard nothing from them in the last 24 hours so I still have no idea when I will receive my refund.
I find this totally unacceptable as they have now had my money in their bank account for over 2 months.

The door superstore provided me with an excellent door at the fraction of the price of commissioning a local joiner. The door is of good quality and is very attractive. I am having it fitted by a local carpenter, who also likes the door.

Very happy
The price was good although I felt the delivery charge was a little high. However, delivery was very quick and managed well. The delivered doors were undamaged and good quality.

The door came to me with damaged edges
The door came to me with damaged edges, under the hood packaging, I informed them immediately about it and They told me I could keep the door and they gave me a decent discount too!
I have since repaired it and am now using it.
