Terrible Service - put in order over the phone for a clear glass door - wrong product arrived now they want to charge for return and redelivery - unless resolved will not be using them again. We checked twice that it was a clear glass door and not frosted! Since posting this Door Superstore have been most helpful and appear to have resolved the issue. Thank you!

I have made numerous email enquiries over the past few months about some doors we were interested in purchasing. Every person replying to these emails was polite, helpful, professional & gave me clear answers or told me they would find out the answer & let me know which they did! Several of my questions involved contacting the actual door manufacturers & their replies were then passed on to me. Every reply assured me it was no trouble & not to hesitate to contact them if I had any more queries. I was offered a discount code which I was permitted to pass on to my carpenters to use as they were ordering the doors for us. Delivery was prompt & as scheduled. The doors have now been fitted & look AMAZING! Our fitters were very impressed with the quality of them & the way they behaved when being planed etc. We simply could NOT be more impressed & thankful that we chose DOOR SUPERSTORE!

I am sorry to say the door was damaged and because I wasn't there to check it and also I never signed for it .I thought the door was of poor standard and only stapled together also you can't fit a rim dior lock onto it the brace through the middle isn't wide enough.

I would of given them 0 instead of 1 star
AVOID AVOID this company I bought a obscere triple Glazed window from door superstore for a extension at my home and the glass is made of really poor quality I can actually see my hand the glass the quality is so poor
If I was you I would save your money and avoid this company

The door is really good quality, very pleased with it. Delivery was a little late but the customer service when dealing with the delay was very good. Would buy from Door Superstore again.

2 doors deliver. Unwrapped the first; 16 faults listed. As it was a 6 panel glazed door finding the glazing beads out of line, plus the beading so rough most of it needs sanding. Absolute joke door is going back.
Second door: 13 faults listed. But as I am desperate, depending on what they say, I may spend an hour sanding this, unless they want to replace. Note Doors supplied by Door Superstore by made by J B Kind. Think twice before buying!

Ok - the reason I've given 2 stars is the delivery costs were absolutely exorbitant. Basically each item (2 doors and some hinges and handles) were charged separate delivery charges (which I missed) so on a £360 order I was charged and additional £95 in delivery charges which was then charged VAT so came to £108 or so! I live 60 miles south of London so not exactly Maldives. Quality all good though.

The delivery arrived in 2 separate consignments. When I realised that a box of handles locks and hinges had been left, I became concerned that I received an email saying my order had been delivered. I contacted the courier to say that 2 doors were still missing. I believed that the courier had made the mistake of not reading the consignment correctly, they returned hours later with the doors. However that was not the end of it. On opening the box of accessories I was aware that a door lock was missing from the order. I have tried to contact door superstore on several occasions, but they do not answer the telephone. I was in a queue for 10-20 minutes more than once. So I left a message on the email / contact us section. They say they will contact you in this section, but days later I still haven’t been contacted.

Great product - a brass replacement barrel lock - very easy to fit in the old escutcheon plate on our front door. Delivered promptly.

Beautiful doors & handles. Came very well packed on a pallet. We had a problem with the door kits, but soon sorted. Excellent customer service. Would highly recommend.

You had the doors I needed in stock, the company that manufacture them is in receivership and I might not be able to get them in the future ( final two doors to finish the house). They were delivered promptly and the delivery men were great, checked the doors and they were spot on. Thank you and the delivery company.
