Very efficient from order to taking delivery.

I requested a voucher for a partner shop. the process and forms were easy to follow and I had the voucher within a week!

Involved with cycle to work scheme, very helpful on the phone guiding through the process. Would use them again.
Any questions on your order you can phone them up and you speak to an actual person quite easily which is very reassuring during the process, especially if you've completed a big purchase.

Plenty of options to choose from and easy process with FAQs and contacts + information available to allow making an informed decision. I appreciated the option to get the bike from a local retailer as I wanted to test ride the bike I was buying.

Cycle to work scheme although seemed complicated when I got to CS website it was easy. After the order was complete spoke to a nice human who went through the order and checked all details were correct. Great service even when I had to call them back and change some of the order.
