My local stockist wasn't on their partner list. I emailed Cycle Solutions and they had the store and partner link set up within 24 hours. 3 days later, I picked up my new bike. A phone call query was also answered quickly and explained in detail. Brilliant service.

After placing my order I had a call from your team to inform me that they thought I had selected the wrong size bike for my height and to advise on a better fit.
I took their advice and the bike I have is a perfect fit!!
