Quick, clear and delivered to expectation. Communication was spot on. I was actually contacted and advised of a cycle I had been after which at the time wasn't available. Pressed the 'notify me when in' and 3 months later up popped the message. Went on to buy.

Ordereed on a bike on the Wednesday it’s arrived next day , amazing , bike was wrapped very secure and no damage whatsoever , built bike and it’s perfect

After researching the bike online I visited the Dereham showroom to view & size. The guys at the store were very friendly and helpful ensuring that I was fully informed & fitted to the correct size machine.
I made my purchase online & the bike was delivered within a few days. The DX courier called in advance of the delivery which ensured I was home to take charge of the package.
Assembling the bike was straightforward following the video instructions, a call to the shop cleared up a few questions I had during the process.
