Very easy to complete application. Had to make a change to it also and was easy to do and helpful.

The bike provided was a replacement for a stolen bike, claimed on insurance. Whilst the speed of service in replacing this bike was very good from Cycle Solutions, unfortunately this was undermined by very poor service from FedEx on the delivery. The bike was not delivered by FedEx on the delivery date, nor on a subsequent date I rearranged. I therefore had to resort to going to a disorganised, inaccessible and unpleasant FedEx depot on an industrial estate to collect my bike.

Could not fault the whole service from purchase to delivery. Communication was absolutely brilliant too👍 many thanks for a great service.

Super helpful. Managed to get my perfect bike from a local retailer through the scheme.

My bike arrived with a deflated rear tyre and sealant solution all over the bike and box. I then had the inconvenience of having to go to a local dealer to have the issue sorted. To be fair, your after sales team was very good and I did get the offer of payment and a voucher so all good, just not an ideal start

The bike did arrive on time and was a quick turnaround from when this was approved by my employer. The downside was that when lifting the box to get to my flat (since it wouldn't fit in the lift) many of the contents fell out. More consideration should have been made when including a heavy electric bike and accessories (heavy lock and 2 panniers) in the same box. They should have arrived separately. Thankfully nothing appears to be broken.

The bike arrived just over 1 week after ordering through the cycle to work scheme. I was given good advice over various different options I was considering.

I paid extra for puncture resistant tyres and was told that they would be fitted to the bike before it was shipped to me. This was not done, and subsequently, I had to pay £30 to my local bike place to have them fitted which was frustrating. If the tyres had been fitted as I was advised, I would have given a higher rating.

Great customer service from start to finish. Helpful and not intrusive/persistent. Told me everything I needed to know at the right times.
