Absolute JOKE! Little to no respect. Promises of getting your case sorted and that you'll receive a phone call and emails and yet they never get back to you. Called up in regards to our case needing a letter of approval and 4 weeks later still waiting. With calling every other day and being promised that it's all sorted and we will be receiving the letter needed in a couple of hours, nothing ever shows up. Then they stop noting things down on your file so there's no record unless they find your call recording. And to top it all off they have expectations of you paying more then your debt total, expecting for you to pay more each year upon review (I was asked to pay over £400 more a month on my first review which was no where near affordable) but even if you increase your payments you're still expected to pay for the full term of your contract.
Please be aware that your creditors accept a total affordable per month to clear debt. You are NOT obliged to increase your repayments. Especially if they're not affordable to you. After asking why I would be paying more which cleared my debt and then some but yet wouldn't lower my time or repayment, their response was that my money is to compensate. When i asked what my (extra) money was compensating I was told it was all within my agreement and I had signed it. Upon going through the agreement, there was no mention on having to increase per year to compensate.

I first gave this company excellent review as was told to by the staff I was dealing with at the time!! Yeah I wonder why!! 1 month on and this company is a bloody nightmare to deal with. No replies to emails yet at first hounded me everyday till I signed then I'm constantly ignored!! Told refund on its way.. more lies. Stay clear choose another company!!!

What an absolute amazing service,

Myself,I haven't ever really been in alot debt until recently where I decided to start a business ( which was impossible to run though covid etc,
Managed to run up a fair bit of debt,
Had no where to turn really credit fix got recommended by a friend,

Was the best thing I ever done, I spoke I felt comfortable my mind was at ease!
The staff were very considerable and talkative( was like talking to someone I know!

I literally can't praise the gentleman enough he even took time out of his family time to answer questions or queries I had!
I can't explain how much that meant!

Don’t get fool by these people they put me in more debits and more problems they only care about the monthly payment they took every month with no result the creditors still sending me letters and emails and phone calls and this company don’t even respond to my emails I advice people don’t get scam by them they mess up my life and put me in more problems and debits

This company is disgusting the IVA isn’t finalised and they take your payment out of your bank account £90 and now I’m fighting to get this money back which they took from me without finalising the IVA wouldn’t trust them and don’t give them your bank details!

I would do less than this if possible. I entered the Iva out of fear. I had lost a partner 7 years ago, and I had been left with one sizeable debt. That company had been great with me and a payment plan. Unfortubalty I listened to some poor advice that said unless I entered an Iva, they would eventually come after me for more money and maybe my house. Entered Iva in a panic as a student who over inflated work situation so I was accepted (worked overtime). Paid Iva now for 5.5 years. 8 month payment break in there due to job struggles. I pay £250 a month. Recently, my sister was diagnosed with cancer and she lives 200 miles away so I want to help her with childcare at weekends and drive there. I offered the full amount of £1900 to finish the Iva (from my mum) so we could travel and help her over the next 6 months of gruelling treatment. Zero compassion, zero support, and now they want £4900. Customer service is appalling, no reply to calls or emails and end up having to repeat the same thing over and over. I have done 3 new expenditure forms and bank stats in the last month, and I just get told my offer has been rejected give us more money. Even sent diagnosis proof. So no, don’t use them as in that 6 years, if anything changes for the worse - these guys will shaft you, for the better - still shafted! Ironically the debt that I had no longer is on my credit profile and I am told after 6 years it’s unlikely you would be pursued, and since I already had an agreement to pay just £20 per month, i had zero need for this mob.

Been with these guys a few years now, they took over from the company i originally took out my IVA with. The first review i had, the put £50 per month on to my repayments, even though my circumstances hadn't changed. Just before xmas i missed a payment due to needing to get a wisdom tooth out. I called them to inform them of this, to which i was told to pay £57.00 extra each month, which worked out over a hundred pounds more than the payment i missed. I told them to cancel my iva there and then, wrote them an email revoking any rights to my bank account or debit card, and as a final failsafe, i canvelled my debit card. Good job i did because the bast***s tried to take the mo ey anyway, which would hwve left me u able to pay rent. A week later i get a call from creditfix with an apology, so i stayed with them. I am now 5 months away from finishing my ive, i lost my job and was unemployed for six weeks. I haven't botherwd to contact them, but you can bet they have contacted me, with the same ols crap. I have contacted my debtors, who are happy to come to some arrangement. , i am proboly shooting myself in the foot, but its not about the money, its about being treated like a human. Stay away from these guys, and do not give them your debit/credit card details, they will take money no matter what your circumstances.

Having just rung to come to an agreement to clear my arrears (my bills have tripled in the last 3 months) when trying to explain my reasons for not paying, which were direct debit wasn’t taken and trying to pay on their app I got a soft decline message, I was trying to offer a sensible way forward, but the lady on the phone just wouldn’t let me speak when she asked me a question. I then said “ if you’d let me speak then I’m trying to offer a way forward to clear the arrears” she just laughed at me down the phone!!! Rude beyond belief!!!

I lost my job due to injury 3 months ago and no income and creditfix are not interested and only want full payment after saying they will reduce my payments.
If you are thinking about using there services please think twice, 1 step forward 2 steps back!

Do not waste your time you will never get a answer if you need to ring then get told all sorts of crap once they got your money you are screwed like others have said its a shame you have to give 1 star

This would have been no stars for the appalling service.trying to get a car and this shower of incompetence cannot give me a simple yes or no.i ring up,put on hold then the phone gets put down.this has happened repeatedly over the last 3 weeks but I bet if I stopped the money being paid to them then they would soon be on the phone to me.

I have complained to this company many times . You will receive no written response , just phone calls that are I’ll informed and threatening . They do not help at all in reducing your debt . I’m six years of payments . On time and in full my creditors have recieved four minimal payments and now Creditfix want to extend my payments for a further year . I cannot pay this and was told to borrow money from friends or relatives .
Do not believe any positive reviews . Apart from the initial conversations which are pleasant . Conversations are abrupt and unreasonable . Very little is put in writing . They will also keep your PPI claims and they disappear with no credit from your debt .

Currently one star as I cannot give no stars. My car contract lease was not part of the IVA but for some reason they decided to write to the car financers, who then threatened to terminate my agreement leaving car less and no means to get to work. Credit fix so far have been less than useless, staff cannot/will not give straight answers as to why the mess up occured, no action has been taken to rectify the error or even apologise for nearly leaving me car less, job less and as a result would have been homeless. Thank you for sod all, I see you are still expecting your payment on 31 May.

It worth a star but you have to put one! If you put your trust un this pathetic company God help you! They lie mislead and take money from you that you don’t have! After my previous review I had a message and was asked for more information as they wanted to help me! That’s an absolute fabrication! To date five months on they still are lying and ignoring my repeated requests for assistance ! And telling me I’m in breach of my contract( I’m not) I have now contacted the financial ombudsman and was told I need some information from the company who is dealing with my IVA. Yesterday I spoke to three different people who couldn’t give me the information for some unknown reason! So I’m absolutely fed up with this I have sent over 40 emails with requests made by Creditfix and yet they have failed on every level of incompetence and today I received an email regarding someone’s IVA which I will tell you it wasn’t my IVA it wasn’t even my name and it wasn’t my IVA number! Disgusting if I were you take your chances with your creditors you would be better off! I’m now reporting them to the financial ombudsman for failure on every level disgusting company stay well clear!!!!

Absolutely disgusting service . The worst in the world. I finished an agreement last month. Last week they took £100 out my account admin error again. Caused me to go overdrawn. Tried ringing numerous times . Kept getting cut off midway through phone call. Not once did anyone ring me back . E mailed over 8 times now and not one reply. They credit fix are rude disgusting and do not care about Anyones plight or circumstances.I am taking this further I am complaining to trading standards tge lot. Nil out of 10 fir 7 years they have been terrible. Mistake after mistake. Customer service is atrocious . Dion michael

Words cannot describe the distress this company is causing me! I thought it was supposed to alleviate debt stress NOT add to it!! I have been paying since 2019 and never missed, I have to give up nursing for mental health reasons and now earn minimum wage and they are persecuting me! I genuinely can’t cope any more

Discraceful and corrupt. They do not help and pocket everything. One day their profit will be exposed.

Please please don’t use this company absolutely pathetic lie after lie promise after promise still owed over £1100 from them taking it out in 1 lump sum 9 months after Iva finished still after 15 weeks of waiting still no moneys returned

They threw an extra 14 months onto the end of my IVA (should have been 10 for repayment breaks) and have increased my husband's to 88 payments left (he started at 60 and has had 6 breaks!) Customer service is absolutely disgusting, no, non-existent. They ignore your emails or respond generically with information unrelated to the questions you ask. You can't get a straight answer from anyone. I submitted my annual review as I have every year but they keep pestering me to submit my annual review, no amount of "I have done it already but here it is again" are clear enough for them. Don't bother, sort out your own repayment plans with your creditors directly.

Totally shocked at how inefficient and crooked they are I cannot wait to be rid of them.
