Had to give to credit fix a ring to sort out a few things as my contract had now come to an end had a lovely chat with Ishitah Jeebun who was amazing and explained everything and sorted it all out for me which was a huge relief.

My experience/ predicament I found myself in has been made easier through the courteous manner in which all the staff at credit fix have supported me throughout the long years. Now I just need to be able to clean my slate and reverse the way others outside of creditfix treat one.
Today I was able to have my final conversation with Yuranee and she was very helpful and kind enough to mention my achievement and commitment to the process and even called me a strong woman. Which meant alot.

Overall, I had a very positive experience with Creditfix. Whenever I spoke to an agent, they were punctual, polite, and professional.
I would particularly like to thank Noodhish for overseeing my final account review and closure, and for the support provided throughout the process. The communication was clear and timely, and the administrative side was handled efficiently, which made managing my account and completing the closure much easier.

I called today and the agent Sarah was very helpful and understanding. She resolved my issue in a matter of minutes and explained everything to me.

After a really awful call where I was being told wrong information on a full and final payment. I finally got through to Zak and Paul. Within 5 minutes I'd made the payment and without me questioning the amount I was told correctly. Has absolutely made my day to not only finish my IVA early but have such friendly, helpful customer service.

Today I was very panicky about an upcoming payment. I lost my job and literally have no savings.

Not only did Creditfix allow me some time to affix my affairs but I spoke with Kathleen just now who advised she will leave a note for the payments team to take 50% this month and the remainder next month.

It is nice to speak to a human (in the UK) who understands how important money can affect your mental health, so shoutout to Kathleen.
