I had to make a call to Creditfix today regarding my account and a customer service representative shitah Jeebun was so so helpful, to be honest the most helpful representative I have ever spoken to at Creditfix. Instantly dealt with my query and the space of about 2 minutes, in the past it’s taken hours with other representatives and nothing ever got resolved.

Hello, I will like to take this opportunity to congratulate Urtika Poorun for your advice and encouragement throughout this years, I appreciate your effort being solving some issues I had with my bank when the date expired on my card and they need to change my bank card, which I could not made payment on time, but you made it possible for me to fixed it, thank you Urtika.

I have just completed my IVA and I have nothing but praise for the company and the staff who work there.
Urtika has completed my IVA for me quicker than expected as well.
Had a few issues with creditors along the way but it was always handled quickly and efficiently.

Horrendous customer service, told back in July I was debt free as I made my last payment. Rang today to get an update on completion certificate and was told I owe another payment. Not one person spoke good English!!!!
