Hello, I will like to take this opportunity to congratulate Urtika Poorun for your advice and encouragement throughout this years, I appreciate your effort being solving some issues I had with my bank when the date expired on my card and they need to change my bank card, which I could not made payment on time, but you made it possible for me to fixed it, thank you Urtika.

I have just completed my IVA and I have nothing but praise for the company and the staff who work there.
Urtika has completed my IVA for me quicker than expected as well.
Had a few issues with creditors along the way but it was always handled quickly and efficiently.

Creditfix were really helpful and professional over the 5 years. Upon closure Urtika did an excellent job swiftly supplying all of our documents for us. Would highly recommend Creditfix

Horrendous customer service, told back in July I was debt free as I made my last payment. Rang today to get an update on completion certificate and was told I owe another payment. Not one person spoke good English!!!!

Absolutely brilliant I have been on this plan for 2 years and for the first time I felt like I was talking to another human being not a robot. The person I spoke with today should be an example to others.

My Closure Certificate came today 12th October. No problem at all with the help I received. Urtika Poorun
worked on my Closure Certificate which I am grateful for. People have helped when I have rung with a query re my situation.

While waiting for my completion certificate I contacted Creditfix to get an approval letter, Ruth S was very polite and got the ask done immediately. Thank you

Brilliant company with great staff. Been emailing back & forth with my case worker Durgesh Udhin, very helpful member of staff, always replied to emails promptly, provided me with all the information I needed in a very professional and timely manner. Very good customer service and care.

I can’t even rate this 0 If I could I would I completed my IVA in January time and I still haven’t recieved my completion letter 8 months later they are not trust worthy they don’t pay creditors as they say and you are forever chasing them up I do not recommend using this company

Please dont use this company. I wish I had read the 1 star reviews first.
