The person I spoke with today Mikeal Dhalapah was absolutely professional in every way , had all good relevant information and handled everything refreshingly well .

I can’t even rate this 0 If I could I would I completed my IVA in January time and I still haven’t recieved my completion letter 8 months later they are not trust worthy they don’t pay creditors as they say and you are forever chasing them up I do not recommend using this company

Please dont use this company. I wish I had read the 1 star reviews first.

I only needed a letter for car finance to say we had finished our IVA, and nothing was no trouble to sort out, very courteous and very polite and respectful

I spoke to Ruth Sefali today regarding an issue. She was polite, friendly and extremely helpful. Whilst sorting my problem, she kept me on the phone to make sure an email had been sent to me. Give this lady a pay rise!

Received my closure certificate in less than a month due to the work of Urtika of ebengate. Thankyou for promp action. Other than that my experience was generally very good with marginally issues with emails not replied to but overall great service

If you are in debt and you can meet the criteria. Then I would recommend an IVA. But be honest and keep in regular contact with a agent.

My agent Urtika was very active with my case so I only had to wait 3 months for my iva certificate.

My five-year IVA was due to conclude in October 2024. Almost two years later, I am still waiting for my completion certificate and remain on the Individual Insolvency Register.

I first contacted Creditfix about this in September 2025 and have repeatedly chased them since. Despite this, I have received nothing but vague explanations about outstanding administrative tasks, with no clear indication of what is actually preventing closure or when it will be completed.

This is an established organisation providing a regulated professional service. I fulfilled my obligations under the arrangement, yet Creditfix appears unable to fulfil its responsibilities in bringing it to a conclusion.

I have now submitted a formal complaint.

The lack of accountability, communication and apparent progress is utterly unacceptable. I have lost all confidence in Creditfix’s ability to administer my case competently.

Mikeal Dhalapah took my call and answered all my questions clearly and quickly was really helpful and a pleasure to talk to. Actioned things while I was on the phone. Perfect customer service wish more people were like him.

Ishitar gave me the answer to my query quickly and efficiently. Very polite and professional.
