I have a conveyancer dealing with a lifetime mortgage. My client had a IVA Restriction on the title. Durgesh Udhin was extremely proactive in providing me with the settlement figure and bank details, responding efficiently and swiftly, and in the removal of the restriction following completion.

Thank you to Azhar in assisting me with my IVA review in getting my IVA settled earlier. He did a very thorough examination of my bank statements and professionally asked questions about any discrepancies he picked up. To be fair, no one would enjoy having their bank statements look at, but he handled doing the due diligence expertly and I felt comfortable. No too keep fingers crossed the creditors approve my request.
