I am p o a for my son who has mental health issues.He is hebephrenic schizophrenia,obsessive compulsive disorder and Asperger's.He is registered with vulnerable registration service and lacks capacity.He was phoned by them to take out I v a but he did not really need to as loans could be sorted.I have appealed to them and think it is closing but I need refund of first 2 months but customer service is terrible.Every time I have phoned in the last 2 months they said I would get a reply and every e mail was ignored.Please sort yourself out without going to creditfix My son is deeply distressed by the last few months.

Credit fix are quick to make you pay on there app and then take your money again from a direct debit when the app does not speak back to the system so they take your money twice and then 2 weeks to refund the money? left me with nothing i cant even get food!

Terrible company hard to get hold of, never gave me full rules of restrictions and they put them on bank accounts without you knowing and the bank told me this ,and they still carry on putting restrictions on after a year , don't know where I am don't know what they are going to do next they have full control of your finances be very careful Its like prison .

Also having problems with them. Annual reviews what annual review. Only had one since been with them. I dont even know who my IP is . But according to the creditfix app all my payments are upto date funny that when I missed a couple . So emailed creditfix nothing even seeked debt advice which I am to put a complaint . Also got a resolver case in now as I not going to pay anything until a decent human being does their job and get back to me

When I made contact with creditfix
I spoke to Jack, and he was brilliant, and he guided me through the steps in becoming deit i have started that journey with creditfix
So I thank Jack and his managerest for their efforts and support

Caused me to have anxiety attack on 24th January 2023 at 10am also before I forget this date 06:31am I get email from advisor saying i was in breach of my agreement and dais they needed to speak with credits because this person (Mrs Mishma virassamy) didn't look at my file correctly.

25th January 2023 when speaking with payments and customer i said i want to pay off the reminding balance the refuse the Kings money 3 times in 4 hours from between the hours of 9am to 12:50pm that day.

Also when asking to speak to supervisor you end up getting 50 questions and an a s s kisses to try stop you from speaking with supervisor.

I honestly can not wait for my IVA a to be over with.

27th January we are now getting the ball rolling but my statement stands. Also trustpilot why are you wanting to remove my review is it because your paid to only keep good and ok reviews.

Waste of time, debts get written off yet you still have to pay the same amount etc that you were paying before.
They don’t help when you say you can’t afford it cause of the cost of living crisis.
I still have debtors after me that are included in the iva.
Speak to customer services & they say they don’t get what I’m trying to say.
I won’t bother again, I’d of paid all these debts off a long time ago, worst thing I ever did! Half of the debts I had are written off so I don’t even owe what I’ve paid now.. avoid at all costs!

This company has made my life a living nightmare. I lost my dad in June 2021 and in April of the same year this horrendous company wanted or rather forced me to go into an IVA when my dad had just had a blood clot to his brain and was dying they absolutely disgust me i was not in the right head space to deal with anything let alone my debts. I remember i said to them cam you give me a week to think about it i need to speak to
my dad today on face time so when i was ringing my dad these scam artists rang
me and pushed me straight into it they wouldn’t take no for an answer. They also bought debts that had already been paid for i know that for a fact as i have the proof. They also forged my signature and lied about how much income i was on and they also tried taking more money out of my bank account so i had to cancel my Direct Debit. I wish i had never met this company they are dodgy as hell and have lied to me throughout and i am now reporting them to the Financial Ombudsman. Please don’t go with this company AVOID AVOID

I was tricked into this scheme at a low point.
William cook lied to me.
When I wanted to cancel a week or so in as I was never told how difficult it would be to rent another property, they simply refused.
I hope someone takes legal action against them

all the people I spoke to were just so helpful and understanding, they kept me updated with the process but also checked on my own welfare, spoke to a lovely lady today called nicola who again checked how I was doing before even going through things, so just an amazing service from all, thankyou. john c

Iva finished 1st March told closure paperwork would be completed in 3-6
months now 8 more later and and nothing if you contact them the reply is the team are working on it
Avoid Creditfix at all costd

At first I gave this company a good review but since then I’ve changed my mind. No communication with this company and do not contact you to tell you the outcome of any meetings. I’ve had to try and phone them on several occasions and kept getting told someone will phone you back which they never do nor do they reply to emails. I’m owed a refund which was meant to be refunded with 5 working days, I did not receive it and after phoning them was told it wasn’t on the system. A useless company that will pretend to help you if they are receiving money from you.

Shocking disingenuous company, nothing more than debt collectors with the sole concern being their next payment. Don't waste your time with these sad pathetic excuses for human beings. They will lie to you, tell you that creditors will not contact you well I've had nonstop contact with mine. They tell you what you want to hear. It was a big mistake asking this lot of cowboys for help.

I've been under more stress with them than when I was in debt.

If you send money thru cash app please call customer service at 1.855.351.2274, please do not send BitCoin you will not get a refund and it can not be traced. This is not a company just a guy that need money and will use anyone to get it ! ( Roy ) not a real name with 3 phone numbers and a bogus website. DO NOT USE THIS PERSON.... ( WARNING ) ( FRAUD )....

More problems again with Creditfix, fobbed of from pillar to post as usual when you contact them. A dispute over the total they say I owe, which has suddenly gone up and nobody will give me the answer why. I asked to be put through to Sam Warburton but nobody will do this. Just want a straight answer not all the rubbish the advisors keep spouting. If anybody is thinking of taking an iva through these don't as they're very helpful at the beginning but then the care for the customer vanishes. Been a nightmare since I've been with them.

When I first signed with this company they were really good. They also told me to write a good review! But I've just had the most vile woman on the phone because my payment is a couple of days late as I get paid every last Friday. She demanded that I send her my payslip to prove that I get paid on Friday and was insisting that I make some kind of payment today even though I pay them tomorrow! I told her I'd rather just pay tomorrow in full and she insisted that it was "for my best interest" that I make some sort of payment today. I told her I only have £20 left in my account and I'd rather pay in full tomorrow and she actually said: it's 4.10pm and you get paid tomorrow, what could you possibly need that £20 for... absolutely vile and reduced me to tears on the phone. Then demanded an explanation as to why my payment was late and then proceed to insinuate I was lying about my reason. Absolutely vile customer service. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Everyone has a different reason for debt. It's not always black and white. It's even worse with the current cost of living that they haven't even accounted for...

Horrible company feel like i have been scammed and robbed. They do not do there job properly, they constantly lie and make promises to there customers i have been waiting for a update for two months calling every couple of days. They promise the team will get back to me but never do. I advice you to USE another company go bankrupt or work out another means for your situation PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM. I have payed this company over £1000 and debts i have put into a IVA have not been payed. And my creditors have now attached direct to my earnings do not use them.

They have made many, many administrative errors in the past year. We updated them with our incomings and outgoings & because of their SEVERAL errors we were unable to pay off the IVA early - despite them telling us the lump sum was accepted.

Absolute joke of a company.

Absolute JOKE! Little to no respect. Promises of getting your case sorted and that you'll receive a phone call and emails and yet they never get back to you. Called up in regards to our case needing a letter of approval and 4 weeks later still waiting. With calling every other day and being promised that it's all sorted and we will be receiving the letter needed in a couple of hours, nothing ever shows up. Then they stop noting things down on your file so there's no record unless they find your call recording. And to top it all off they have expectations of you paying more then your debt total, expecting for you to pay more each year upon review (I was asked to pay over £400 more a month on my first review which was no where near affordable) but even if you increase your payments you're still expected to pay for the full term of your contract.
Please be aware that your creditors accept a total affordable per month to clear debt. You are NOT obliged to increase your repayments. Especially if they're not affordable to you. After asking why I would be paying more which cleared my debt and then some but yet wouldn't lower my time or repayment, their response was that my money is to compensate. When i asked what my (extra) money was compensating I was told it was all within my agreement and I had signed it. Upon going through the agreement, there was no mention on having to increase per year to compensate.
